The flat is far just 5 minutes walking distance from the tram stop "Cuoco", from which you can reach in few minutes the town centre, the train station and the most famous sites to visit.

The flat, which benefits from having a three-step indipendent access, a communal courtyard with artificial grass and a private parking, comprises of:

- open plan living room/kitchen equipped with dining table and chairs, two sofas and a smart TV.

- Fully fitted kitched equipped with fridge/freezer, hobs, oven and dishwasher.

- wide corridor leading to the bedrooms.

- master bedroom equipped with a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

In the case of late check-in in the time slot 19:00-22:00, you will be required to pay an extra cost of €40,00.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

before your arrival you will be required to:

- compile an online form with your ID's

- pay the City Tax.

The City Tax is not included and you will be required to pay it before your arrival; Padova City Council set €2,5 per person per night for the first five days of your stay.
