Absolutely loved this stay. It was right on the water with stunning views and an amazing place to celebrate my 50th birthday with girlfriends. It had plenty of space to sleep and lounge and was walking distance from acute coffee shop. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a relaxing getaway, a celebratory event or family friendly stay.

Great location!! Beautiful house

This is 2nd time staying in this home and we would love to make it an annual experience. Great food within walking distance, town has a 70s beach vibe, surfing was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home! The house is spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for a large group- there is more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably if we had a large group. The views are absolutely stunning, and being right on the beach made the whole experience even more special.Unfortunately, we did experience a storm during our stay, but the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any issues that came up because of it. Their communication and willingness to help made a big difference and ensured we could still enjoy our time.Overall, it’s a gorgeous property with amazing views and a thoughtful host. We would definitely stay here again!

The bluff location was beautiful, and we really enjoyed watching the sunsets each evening. The nearby public beach access was also very convenient and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.That said, for the price we paid, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The home is showing quite a bit of wear and tear and would benefit from some general maintenance, repairs, fresh paint, and updating. The cleanliness was fair, but overall the property felt tired compared with how pristine it appears in the online photos.There is no RO water system, so we needed to make trips to the store for drinking water. The curtain rod in the living room was already detached when we arrived. We contacted management to have it repaired, but unfortunately no one came during our three-night stay.The floor plan is also a little unusual, and there isn't really a true primary bedroom, which wasn't apparent to us from the listing.We loved the location and the views, but the condition of the home did not match our expectations based on the photos or the price. With some attention to maintenance, painting, and updating, this could be a wonderful property.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this large home perched high on the cliffs overlooking Beacon Beach in Encinitas on Neptune Ave. We were impressed by how clean the property was. We rented the top half of the house, which featured 3 spacious bedrooms/2 baths, laundry on the main floor & an upstairs master & full bath, along with a second attic style bedroom that could sleep 3 or 4 children & a rooftop jacuzzi.The layout was perfect for our group,w/ first floor large open kitchen & a living room that opened up to an expansive balcony. The outdoor seating area was delightful, providing us w/breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean & the coastline & front-row seat to the surfers at Beacon Beach. The upstairs primary bedroom was comfortable w/a private balcony and large shared bathroom. The second bedroom, which could accommodate two to three beds, was small. This room had a sink but does not have an en-suite bathroom, which means guests would need to share the master bathroom. This setup worked for our group but could be a consideration for larger families. One downside for us was the adjacent parking lot for Beacon Beach. At sunset, this area becomes quite crowded w/people gathering to enjoy the views, & we experienced loud music from a mobile DJ. Thankfully, everyone honored the 9 o’clock quiet time, but having a baby with us made it a bit challenging due to the noise. Many stairs. We appreciated A/C &Having the garage but it is VERY busy location on Neptune Ave.

Fabulous surf house

Beautiful house with spectacular views of Beacons beach. Sadly, the stairs to the beach are under repair so there is no immediate beach/ surf action . However the house is perfect- with views and amenities to enjoy sunrise to sunset. Plenty of room for several couples or a large family . The town is quaint and friendly- lots of cute shops and restaurants to walk to ! Feel like a local !!

Management was quick to respond to issues my car got broken into outside of property dirty spider webs ect. Parking hard to find garage keypad broken view was great.

Fantastic Rental - Highly Recommend
