Great spot for sure. Can walk to ABC store for the basics and right beside it you can get breakfast with great coffee. Also a little sandwich restaurant within a short walk down the beach.Lots of parking and about 15 - 20 minute drive to lots of shops, restaurants and some great food trucks

We really enjoyed our 10 night stay. The views are breathtaking, you hear the waves from your condo. It is a quiet, family unit. We received a half week clean up in our condo and the ladies were amazing. We will definitely book again. There's an local farmers market, abc convenient store and shaved ice with in walking distance.

Great location, what you want in Kihei.

This condo is right on a very swimmable and walkable beach, which can be tough to find in the area. The waves are almost perfect for little ones. We were pleasantly surprised. A bit north of the Kihei dining and shopping, but plenty accessible. The condo itself is well-appointed, two king beds in the rooms, and two full baths (one of the bedrooms is a loft, which was pretty cool for us, but may not be perfect for folks who can’t handle a spiral staircase). Property manager was great, checkin was a breeze, and the entire condo property was well-maintained. Was exactly what we needed, mahalo.

Great Location and views

We loved this location. We've stayed before in Kaanapali and Wailea, and this is so much more central to everything. Loved getting shave ice across the street. The condo was comfortable and had great views. Kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Parking was easy. Two small negatives were we didn't love where the tv was situated in the family room, sort of blocking the views. And the rails on the stairs and upstairs bedroom are really far apart. Our 3-year-old kept sticking her head through. I'd be nervous with a younger child that they might fall, but as long as there aren't any crawling babies or toddlers it's fine.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was lovely and the grounds were well maintained! However, the swimming pools were not at all heated and too cold to be enjoyed. The ocean felt several degrees warmer than the pool. For this reason alone I hesitate to recommend this property and I will be unlikely to stay again. The ice maker in our fridge was broken but management provided a (broken) plastic ice tray. We repaired the icemaker ourselves so we didn’t have to buy ice daily. The contact person was very responsive, which we appreciated very much.

The resort is beautiful and spacious with well kept grounds and perfectly located on the beach. Our unit was well furnished and equipped and suited our varied age-range. Our grandson especially loved the pool and the sunsets not to mention the local bakery and shaved ice!Thank you for a lovely holiday. We hope to return soon.

We will definitely be back!A few notes for improvement:- there were no multipurpose cleaners in the condo which was a bummer, thank you for bringing them to us!- the pool - sadly it was very very cold!! I feel like even if a cover was placed on it at night you could increase the temperature to a more reasonable temp for casual swimming- I do think providing basic shampoo and conditioner would be really easy and great!Thanks again - wishing you well!!!!

A couple of things that would have made it even better. 1. a more comfortable bed 2. Beach chairs. Our last day we actually discovered one hidden behind the boogie boards in the closet. With no chairs, our beach towels got pretty dirty.
