Amazing 4 bedroom house, perfect for your family and friends. The living room is spacious and bright, with a modern and cosy decor, with a large sofa perfect for lounging after a long day. In the bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super comfy bed with fresh sheets to ensure you get a good night's sleep. And if you're worried about storage, don't worry, each bedroom has ample storage space so you can unpack and feel at home from the get-go.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious meals at home, with everything you need for your favourite dishes. And when you want to enjoy the outdoors, simply head up to the terrace and relax with a cool drink while enjoying the views.
Please note that the bathrooms inside the bedrooms are open-style (no separate bathroom door), only the bedroom itself has a door for privacy. On the top floor, the bathroom is external to the bedroom and has its own door.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a ⏠5 management fee.
-There might be some construction work on the street, so noise may occur between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 50 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
- The flatÂŽs capacity is of 8 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local policeâs database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 1.10⏠per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. We will appreciate that you bring the exact amount with you.
-Starting in May 1st, a tourist tax of 2.20⏠per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around âŹ250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
