This villa (215 sqm) was an ancient olive mill, restored with great care by the owner. The manor house is tastefully furnished in a modern style, with some antique pieces of furniture, wooden beamed ceilings and parquet floors in the bedrooms. There are two rooms in the tavern where guests can discover the mill where olives were pressed to produce the typically tasty Tuscan oil and all its original tools.

Villa Brianna is located on a panoramic hill just 5 km from the historic center of Lucca! The famous art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence and Pisa are easily reachable. Within a short drive you can enjoy the Versilia coast with its beautiful white sandy beaches. This peaceful place is also perfect for lovers of country life - you can have your breakfast or dinner on the veranda (24 sqm) or simply relax with a swim in the pool (above ground pool with wooden deck - 6.40 x 4 m, depth 1.30 m; open from 4 May to 12 October).

It is an independent villa that has a 1000 sqm garden, partially fenced with hedge, equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and umbrella.

Three steps lead to the ground floor: living room with large couch, fireplace, satellite TV, dining room with dining table, kitchen-diner (equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet only.

First floor: a double bedroom with bathroom with tub/shower and single sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

On this floor we find a double bedroom (closed if the villa is booked with a lower occupancy for 7 people) and direct access to the outside terrace, a bathroom with toilet only, original mill and tools with access to the covered veranda equipped with table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine.
