Welcome to our stylish and contemporary flat, nestled in the vibrant heart of Dalston! Forming part of a new build, completed in 2016, our flat offers a modern and comfortable retreat in one of the city's most eclectic neighbourhoods. With beautiful wooden floors and underfloor heating throughout, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat promises a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the outdoors on your private balcony or head up to the shared roof terrace to take in stunning panoramic views.
The space
Upon entering, the hallway of our 3-bedroom flat provides practical features and amenities to enhance your stay.
There's a spacious storage cupboard, perfect for stowing away luggage, ensuring your living spaces remain clutter-free and organised. There's a coat rack, offering a handy place to hang your outerwear and keep everything easily accessible as you come and go. The intercom system adds an extra layer of security and convenience, allowing you to easily communicate with each other if your party separates, or to receive deliveries.
You'll find the heart of the home in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
Dining Area:
To your left, you'll discover the dining area, complete with a dining table and six comfortable chairs. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, work, or simply unwind with friends and family.
Kitchen:
Straight in ahead is the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a range of built-in appliances to cater to your culinary needs. You'll find modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, a 50/50 fridge freezer, a washing machine, an electric oven, and a hob. Additionally, there's a microwave, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine for your convenience. Please note that guests are kindly asked to bring their own coffee pods to enjoy their preferred brew.
Living Room:
The space seamlessly transitions from the living area, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat. An extra-large sofa, spacious enough to accommodate six people comfortably, beckons you to relax and unwind. You'll also find a movable footrest, adding to your comfort. The room is thoughtfully adorned with a selection of books, a smart TV, and bluetooth speaker for entertainment, and a collection of board games for some fun-filled evenings. Please note that guests will need to log into their own accounts for Netflix, Now TV etc. Large windows flood the space with natural light, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere, at the same time, offering views of the balcony just outside.
Balcony:
Through double doors in the living area and onto the inviting balcony, you'll be greeted by a fantastic view over London. Sit on the outdoor sofa and take in the stunning surroundings. Perched on the 8th floor, this vantage point offers magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding area. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, soaking in the afternoon sun, or stargazing in the evening, this space is an oasis of tranquility and beauty that enhances your overall experience in our flat.
Bedrooms:
Our flat sleep up to 6 guests. All three double bedrooms come with their own storage space. Each of these inviting bedrooms include windows that frame views of the city of London.
The master bedroom is a spacious haven with a thoughtful addition â a desk that doubles as a work-from-home station. Additionally, the master bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room.
Main Bathroom:
The main bathroom is easily accessible from the entrance hallway. Equipped with a shower over a bathtub; choose between a refreshing shower or a leisurely soak in the tub. A countertop sink rests atop a storage unit. You'll find plenty of storage space in the built-in cupboard.
Rooftop terrace:
Elevate your experience even further with exclusive access to the private rooftop terrace, located on the 10th floor of the building. This outdoor space is reserved for the enjoyment of the residents in the building.
Here, there are benches to relax, chat, or simply enjoy a good book on. You'll find planters and astroturf that introduce a touch of greenery to the urban landscape.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire flat. The rooftop terrace is communal with other residents in the building.
Please note, you will receive one set of keys. There is an intercom system should your party separate.
Other things to note
The essential, but less exciting parts!:
Wheelchair friendly:
- Communal building: The entrance door is wider than average. There are no steps from the entrance downstairs to the flat, and there is a lift.
- Inside the property: The entire flat is step-free. One of the bathrooms also includes a âwalk-in showerâ.
- Rooftop terrace: Unfortunately, access to the roof terrace on the 11th floor is from the 10th to the 11th floor by stairs only.
Check in/ check out:
- Our standard check in time is after 3 PM. Check out is before 11 AM. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 AM on the dot and have a busy schedule. A ÂŁ100 charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check-in.
Keys:
A ÂŁ50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at ÂŁ100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.
Parking:
The most cost efficient way to find a parking space is to use the apps, Just Park or RingGo. With Just Park, people in the neighbourhood will advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks. RingGo is a remote parking app which works with most on street parking in the city.
Family facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is ÂŁ40 for the rental, drop off and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be ÂŁ45 in total.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden, including on the balcony. A fine of ÂŁ200 will be charged when discovered.
Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a ÂŁ250 fine.
Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum ÂŁ25 per item plus shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
