Lovely villa with traditional features. Air con in all bedrooms was useful. Amazing pool with heating if required. All day sun to relax around the pool to. Short ten minute stroll to the strip for lively nights or more relaxed dinner towards los pocillos restaurants around 20mins. No issues apart from lack much in the way of glassware and other utensils. May need slight modernising but very liveable.
We had a very relaxing stay here. The location is very good, 5 or so minutes to the beach and shops etc.
The pool was a very nice temperature and my nephew never wanted to get out.
The surrounding area is very quiet so great for a good nights sleep.
The check in box and procedure was all stress free and seamless. All in all a very plesant experience.
Gorgeous villa, pool and garden. Well equipped kitchen with a fast filter coffee maker! A few minutes walk from the main seafront strip. Views of the volcanic mountains behind, and the ocean in front. Really enjoyed staying here. Didnt want to leave!

We had a great week at Villa Alisa. Location was great, just a short walk from the main strip. The pool was amazing. The villa itself was comfortable. The only issue being the lack of English language channels on the tv.
Iâve stayed on this street a couple of times in a different villa so knew it was a good location in Puerto Del Carmen, youâre a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants which is ideal. The booking process was easy and check in process was straight forward. However, we werenât aware of the security deposit required until 3 days before we were scheduled to arrive so had to pay 150 each for this. When we arrived at the villa, the inside was clean and fine as expected although it looked as if the outdoor area hadnât been cleaned in a while as there was lots of debris and dust (more than that would accumulate in a normal week never mind a day), this was mainly around the outdoor table and table tennis table.Inside, the drainage for the shared shower room isnât great (we had 3 sharing this room). The was a cupboard door missing from the kitchen (picture below) and on our last full day when washing dishes we noticed a leak under the sink. When checking this, the drainage wasnât securely connected and almost hanging off. Contacted the owner and the maintenance guy was there in less than 30 minutes to sort this. Drainage was sorted, although I believe there may be a leak under the sink where the water pipe comes in as it was coming through the tiles under the sink (I informed the owner of this too).Beds and pillows could do with a refresh too.Itâs a great place to stay but does definitely need an update and some TLC to improve.

The poolside is practically designed. Villa Alisa was a dream holiday destination for our family. The villas three bedrooms and two bathrooms offered ample space, and the pool was a hit with the kids. A fantastic spot for a comfortable and enjoyable family vacation.

Location of the villa was good. We were exploring the area. The weather perfect for the pool or the beach. Local cuisine deliciooosssss.
We love Lanzarote and we will be back!!!
The villa is in desperate need of an overall. It's very tired and in parts dirty. The cupboard doors are hanging off and the master bed was like a brick. We were very cold of a night but that might have been a bad spell of weather. I wouldn't return to this villa as it's not up to the standards of others!

Best holiday ever. Our stay at Villa Alisa exceeded our expectations. The villas location in Las Palmas, Spain, provided a perfect mix of relaxation and accessibility. The pool, was a great place to bask in the sun. The BBQ area added a delightful touch, perfect for enjoying evenings with friends. I would highly recommend this villa.

The interior is very cute and was spotless on arrival. We have never seen such an interesting interior in Spain before! Local restaurants are very reasonable. We especially enjoyed the local food and wine.We were visiting beaches and some days we would stay in the villa and enjoy ourselves at the pool.
Villa Alisa is in a great area however the listing photos are extremely old and the villa felt very run down unkept and unfortunately we found it dirty as food traces was still on plates in cupboards. We had to complain several times initially about the cleanliness then about the lack of facilities for eating with as there were only four main dinner plates and a lack of glasses. The kitchen is very tired and in the main bathroom there was a plug missing from the sink. The pool table was leveled using old packaging the pool skimmer had a hole in it and we were told they don't supply Loo roll because its self catering...... Overall we were very disappointed and felt the advert was misleading as the pictures are not a current reflection of the villa
The villa was in a lovely location and the outside looked very nice. On closer inspection the pool & surrounding area was very dirty. We were informed that the villa and the pool and been cleaned however we can assure you it was not a thorough clean which you would expect.
The villa was very outdated inside, the kitchen worktop wasn't fixed down and moved dangerously, the ensuite shower had a very poor drainage system. The sofa was dirty in the lounge and the skirting boards covered in dust. The smoke alarm did not work and the battery had been disconnected, which is unacceptable by any standard. The utility room had a drain in the centre of the floor which was stuffed with a dirty cloth, most likely to keep insects out? The cost of the villa warranted a cleaner more welcoming environment, a better relationship with the agent and an excellent review, sadly we are unable to give a positive feedback for this villa.
