Casa Fina est une villa individuelle de luxe et est située au centre dans une position élevée avec des vues lointaines sur la mer dans le quartier résidentiel de Timanfaya, un quartier calme de villas individuelles à proximité de toutes les commodités de la station principale. Casa Fina est équipée et entretenue à un niveau élevé. Au cours des derniÚres années, la villa a été rénovée pour fournir une villa avec des installations, des accessoires, des meubles et une décoration de haut niveau. Notre livre d'or (voir notre site Web) contient des commentaires fantastiques sur la villa et son emplacement. Le front de mer et la plage principale de Puerto del Carmen ainsi que les boutiques, bars et restaurants de l'Avenida Las Playas sont à 5 minutes à pied du centre de la plage (les propriétés de Los Mojones sont généralement à 25 minutes à pied en remontant depuis le début de la plage). Une promenade de 15 minutes vous emmÚne dans la vieille ville et le port avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants. Une voiture n'est pas nécessaire et un taxi depuis l'aéroport coûte environ 15 euros. Situé dans un quartier trÚs calme mais à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, des supermarchés, des magasins, des bars, des restaurants et des divertissements.
Les chambres de Casa Fina sont au rez-de-chaussée - une caractéristique de conception pour fournir des chambres fraßches. Il y a 3 chambres doubles bien équipées, avec une grande quantité d'espace de rangement.
La piscine chauffée, qui est plus grande que dans la plupart des villas, a des marches romaines pour un accÚs facile et est chauffée à un minimum de 28 ° C. La terrasse entourant la piscine Astro Turf crée une surface antidérapante attrayante qui ne chauffe pas trop. Il y a beaucoup de bains de soleil autour de la piscine et des parasols pour l'ombre. Il y a un barbecue en brique sur la terrasse avec table et chaises.

Superb!

A beautiful villa with everything you could need. Located in a quiet residential area far enough away from the busy beach front but close enough for a short stroll. Plenty of nearby supermarkets of all sizes. Ideal for if you want to hire a car, plenty of parking on the street outside. The villa and pool are in pristine condition and the pool is looked after regularly by Chris and Karen who I can't praise enough for their help and friendliness. We will definitely be back for longer than a week next time!

Ideal location. Only a five minute stroll downhill to bars and restaurants. Far enough away from aforementioned bars and restaurants to be quiet on an evening. Two of us stayed, but this property is definitely big enough for six adults. Pool was lovely, although we did ask for it to be heated at an extra charge. Property is very well equipped. Added bonus was the essentials left for us including milk, bread, cheese etc. Meant we didn't need to leave the villa on the first night (we didn't arrive until late). We were met by Karen, the property manager, who is amazing. So helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this villa enough. I've a feeling we will be back!

A cheeky winter break

We arrived at the villa late evening where the key was left for us in the key safe, Karen had given us instructions to open it and get settled in and she'll visit in the morning as we were meeting friends that evening. The villa was like new fresh bright and very welcoming, the pool area was a good size and catches the sun all day. All the rooms have air-conditioning which we used whilst we were there it does run on a meter of 1&2 euro coins as described in the literature. All said an excellent stay at a top quality villa.

Perfect family holiday!

I would have no hesitation in booking this villa for another holiday, spotlessly clean, modern, beautiful pool and literally had everything we needed to make our holiday run smoothly. As an added bonus it is in a quiet area and the bed was super comfortable so myself and my husband slept really well! Karen got in contact before we arrived with all the details we needed to check in then came to meet us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her and her husband were very friendly and helpful and made it clear if we had any issues during our stay just to get in touch. It’s a short walk into town where there are loads of great restaurants, shops and a few supermarkets. We hired a car so went to the Lidl which is less than a 5 minute drive from the Villa but the HiperDino in town is also great if you don’t. We stayed for two weeks but would have been happy to stay longer, just very relaxing and the pool kept our 11 year old happy all day long! Thanks!

A great Villa with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. The location was good with only a short walk to the front where the majority of the bars & restaurants are situated. Excellent villa

The villa is very well equipped and it was great to find a welcome pack of essentials. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm. We found some excellent restaurants within 20 minutes walk - the Asia Delicious was particularly good. The Lidl 20 minutes away was well stocked. Karen and Chris were excellent (even spending time showing us how to use the tv although in the end we didn’t need it). Highly recommended!

The property is absolutely lovely - clean rooms, plenty of towels for showering and for pool, fantastic balcony to watch sunrise and sunset. Cannot fault it. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach and beachfront bars and restaurants.

Home from Home

Great communication between enquiring, which lead us to booking this property. Everything was made very clear for or arrival and we were all delighted on entering this great property. Greeted by Chris and Karen the morning after arriving and they were at the end of the phone if needed. The property itself has everything you need and the pool was amazing. The location was great too, less than ten minutes walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. As or flight home was in the evening, we managed to have a late check out, which was ideal. There is only one thing that would benefit this property and that is a dish washer, especially with a bigger group. I would highly recommend this property.

I live in London with my husband and our family. I work as an accountant in our family business of installing windows and conservatories. We have been enjoying Lanzarote since 1993, when we holidayed at the Hotel San Antonio every Easter with our three sons. In 2004 we bought Casa Fina. We liked it straight away because it’s not a modern property on an estate. It wasn't intended but Casa Fina has become our second home, and we’re not complaining. We stay at the villa for about 3 months of the year, both on our own and with family and friends. We cycle most mornings along the cycle path and promenade, past the airport and on to Arreciffe – a 20 mile round trip. Ocean all the way. Exhilarating!
All our 3 sons visit every year with their families for a holiday. They are all tri-athletes and also fit in plenty of training (our cycling is much more modest) on their visits.
Because we stay at Casa Fina for long periods, we keep the villa maintained to a high standard that we would expect if we were renting.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Lanzarote for year round weather and it hasn't disappointed. We liked the area because there is so much to do – and only a short walk away to the beach. The villa is a traditional property and benefits from larger room sizes, a bigger pool and some Spanish character.
When we’re away, peace and quiet is essential – and this location does not disappoint. It’s a place that caters for families of all ages with something for everyone, yet peaceful. Puerto del Carmen has improved so much over the years. The promenades are wider, there are fewer cars, making it much more pedestrian and cycle friendly. It now has a slower, more relaxed feel about it – we love it and we think you will too.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

In the Canary Islands, Lanzarote has a unique feel about it. It has mainly low rise properties, all painted white, and development has been limited to prevent the island being over developed. Advertising hoardings are not allowed on the island. There are no traffic jams, traffic lights only exist in the capital, Arreciffe – it’s like driving in the UK 40 years ago!
As soon as we arrive, we’re relaxed. The first thing we do after arriving is to read our visitor book. Many returning guests, but all find time to write lovely comments. Interesting, funny, complimentary, and all going home very happy. That makes us happy too. During the last few years we have started travelling around the island. It’s a fascinating place, unlike anywhere else. In the afternoon, we head home to the pool for some serious relaxation.
We love cycling, and the whole island, especially Pto del Carmen has become very cycle friendly.
The evening is mainly about walking down to the harbour. It’s vibrant with the locals playing petanka and home to a few of our favourite restaurants. Excellent fish.
