«Las Brisas» est situé dans un quartier calme à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de Puerto del Carmen et de la plage Playa Grand. 23 Calle Bocaina. Il se trouve à deux minutes à pied du supermarché et à moins de 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. La villa bénéficie de 2 chambres doubles et d'une chambre lits jumeaux avec 2 salles de bains séparées entièrement carrelées. Il y a un salon-salle à manger bien meublé avec wi-fi, TV satellite, lecteur DVD, ps2 et jeux, centre de musique et une sélection de livres et films de jeux. La cuisine ouverte est bien équipée avec four complet, plaques vitrocéramiques, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur et un espace de séchage séparé avec lave-linge. Nous fournissons un sèche-cheveux, des ventilateurs et un coffre-fort, ainsi qu'un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Les portes coulissantes mènent à un grand patio et un espace barbecue. Ici, vous trouverez beaucoup d'espace pour une piscine chauffée de 7x4m, sans vis à vis et bénéficiant du soleil toute la journée, d'une table de patio et de 8 transats. La chambre principale a son propre grand balcon avec vue sur la mer et chaises longues.

Great villa in an excellent location

We stayed for 11 nights at Las Brisas. The villa is a great size for two couples with bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. There’s loads of wardrobe space throughout (very important to me!) and all the home amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine and cooker. The villa was really clean when we arrived and we settled straight in. The pool is lovely, big enough to swim a few lengths and a great temperature and was cleaned twice during our stay. The villa is located in a quiet suburban area but only a 10 minute walk to the busy beach front area of Puerto del Carmen. Two supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk too. We hired a car for a couple of days and drove around the island, it was very safe to park outside the villa and the roads of Lanzarote are well maintained and relatively quiet. We really liked Lanzarote and Pam and Mick are great hosts. We would definitely stay again - we totally recommend!

The villa is lovely. Very well equipped, 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Nice views from upstairs balcony. The outside area was nice and the pool lovely and warm, which was cleaned twice during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Family holiday

Property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and had plenty of sun beds a great outside area which gets the sun all day, also has a good sized balcony of the upstairs bedroom. A short walk down hill to the strip which has plenty choice of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The Villa is in a nice quiet area. It has everything you need like home from home it was immaculate. It has a lovely pool child friendly very clean. Only a 5 minute walk to the main drag where all the bars and restaurants are. Would definitely stay there again.

Great villa

A lovely villa in a quiet area and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The water in the pool was lovely and warm but wasn’t very deep. Ideal for younger children. The outside area around the pool and particularly on the terrace needed to be cleaned. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Villa

We had a lovely week's stay at Las Brisas. The vill is perfectly located within a 15 min drive from the airport. The centre of town and the beaches are also no more than a 15 min walk. The villa itself has everything you need and the pool was great for those long hot days. Would definitely recommend to others

Villa with fabulous pool

We had an excellent week's stay in the villa. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with through the process. The pool made our holiday it was excellent and enjoys the sun all day as does the large balcony. It is situated in a quiet area, however we found everything to be easily accessible from the villa. We would definitely use this property again.

Lovely Villa, great location

The villa was lovely, well-used, the sun beds needed a good clean badly stained & some of them were broken the pool was heated & was cleaned three time whilst we were there, Pam & Mick were brilliant any questions were answered, there is a Spar supermarket just down the road, the walk down to the sea front took about 20 mins, we never saw the property manager at the villa, overall we would rent this villa again so thank you.

Everything you need

We stayed in this villa for a week, only regret is that it wasn’t long enough. Hosts friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, accommodating storing our luggage on our last day which was so helpful. The villa itself has everything you could need or want, pool was amazing and just the right temperature to cool down. Location perfect as not too near the noise but only a few minutes walk to bars/restaurants. I would return here in a heartbeat! Perfect!

Las Brisas

We had a great 9 days in the villa. Everything is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Just a bit further down the hill is the beach and all the bars shops and restaurants. We only needed a taxi to the villa and going back to the airport. We would definitely come back. The villa was nice only thing would be the umbrella for shade, it’s only a beach umbrella which doesn’t fit the actual parasol base. You definitely need a sold parasol for when it gets too hot and doesn’t blow out the base. Also the sun loungers would be better if you could attach the large cushions on them for comfort. But everything else was great . We had no problems and would definitely return.
