Bryn Eglwys Barn near Tywyn, Gwynedd, sleeps two guests in one bedroom.
Bryn Eglwys Barn, a single-storey home, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, shared access to an external utility, a double bedroom and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV and a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is a multi-level, terraced garden with patio, furniture, woof fired hot tub and gas barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, along with a travel cot. Enjoy rural Gwynedd at Bryn Eglwys Barn. Note: Whilst this is a single-storey property, there are steep steps up to the patio area, and three internal steps, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The property rests on a small holding. Note: Steps up to the external utility, shared with next door. Note: The garden is not enclosed. There is a supplement of ÂŁ25 per dog per holiday.

The promenade and town are all on one level, ideal for that gentle evening stroll by the clear blue water of the Bay. Shopping in Tywyn is a pleasure, with a regular open-air market, and local shops offering a wide range of local produce and gifts.
