MIDDLE FLOOR
This is the main feature of this fabulous property! Through the feature glass doors off the stairway is a huge open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with a designer white/glass round dining table, which can seat 8 with hi-back black leather padded chairs for 6 + other chairs are available.

To the front is the sitting area with a big corner settee and 3 seater sofa, all in black leather.

Two coffee tables and hi-gloss white sideboards complete the designer look!

For entertainment, there is a 42in flat screen TV & DVD, IPOD doc & CD player.

The WOW factor is the double French doors open out on to a full-length balcony with 6 stylish patio chairs and a square glass top tables and loungers to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views.
