Our holiday home is located in the picturesque Italian countryside, surrounded by breathtaking nature and historical beauty. Assisi, Orvieto, Todi, and Perugia are all within easy reach. The holiday home is part of a more than 150-year-old farmhouse, but it is completely independent with its own driveway and entrance.
You will immerse yourself in the authentic Italian atmosphere while enjoying all the modern conveniences our home has to offer.
The house is tastefully decorated and provides ample space for up to five guests. The living/kitchen area is a bright space and includes a sofa bed for an extra guest. Our holiday home features two comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms are decorated in a charming and soothing style and offer plenty of space for your clothing and personal belongings. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed with an Italian ambiance and a private terrace. The second bedroom has two lovely single beds that can be placed together or separated upon request. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which also includes a bidet.

Step outside and discover the beautiful outdoor space of our holiday home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious terrace overlooking the valley with a dreamy hilltop village in the distance. It's a delightful experience to relax in the hammock and take in the tranquility and the view. Outdoor dining can be enjoyed on the cozy terrace, which also includes a BBQ.

Guests have access to the pool with stunning views. This pool is shared with the owners, who naturally respect the guests' privacy. Comfortable sunbeds are provided on the pool terrace, and under the terrace's awning, there is a swinging bed for two people. It's a wonderful way to savor a beautiful Italian view.

Il Bandito Arancione is located a short distance from Todi (15 minutes by car), Assisi (45 minutes by car), Orvieto (1 hour), and Perugia (35 minutes) for historical sights and delightful restaurants. Explore the area by taking a scenic walk or going for a sporty bike ride. It's also possible to rent e-bikes. Want a day at the beach? You can enjoy Italian beaches within a 1.5-hour drive.
