his place is situated very close from Leyton Station (1 minute walk), and is a 15 minutes walk from Westfield Stratford Shopping centre. There is also a Leyton Mills Retail Park (also a 1 minutes walk; opposite Leyton station), which has a wide variety of shops (ASDA superstore, Starbucks, Costa, KFC, Subway, TK Maxx, The Gym Group, Curry's etc).
The space
We've meticulously crafted this flat with a minimalist approach, aiming to provide our guests with a clean, modern, and contemporary ambiance throughout their stay.
The property is located on the high road, conveniently located so you can enjoy all restaurants and shops nearby. There is a coffee shop directly underneath the flat, which is open on all days, from 6AM - 7PM, a great location for a traveller staying in London!
Bedrooms:
Three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality linens for a good night's sleep.
Ample storage space, including open clear closets, to keep your belongings organised.
We also offer an extra bed suitable for children, allowing accommodation for up to six guests (including one child).
Bathroom:
A modern bathroom, with a bath tub, toilet, sink, equipped with essential toiletries.
Dining room:
Our well kept dining room caters for guests up to size 6, additionally we also have included a baby chair to accommodate for families.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Cookware, utensils, and tableware provided for preparing and enjoying meals.
Wi-Fi and Connectivity:
High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.
Safety and Security:
Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit for your safety.
Extras:
Iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Hairdryer available for use.
Guest access
Secure locks and keyless entry for a hassle-free check-in process.

A security deposit of ÂŁ50 is required and it will be pre-authorised a day before check-in via our payment processor Stripe. It will be released a maximum of 2 days after check-out, if the house rules have been followed and there are no damages left by your booking party.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
