Nestled in the heart of the vibrant 11th arrondissement of Paris, welcome to your new Parisian home! A luxury and comfortable home, where you can rest after a long day discovering Paris. The building of our apartment has a rich history dating back to medieval times. This street was also referred to as "The Faubourg of Revolutions" and played a significant role in the history of France due to its narrowness, coupled with the labyrinthine nature of its adjacent streets. This unique layout made it an ideal location for erecting barricades. The apartment is located just few steps away from the Marais and Bastille.

- 1 Dining area with a table and 8 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with one queen bed

- 2 Bathrooms with shower and WC included


The apartment is comfortable for 10 people and a maximum of 12 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 4 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the Urban Padlock in the courtyard of the building
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor
- We will send you the code of the Urban Padlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is a vibrant and historically rich area that reflects the city's evolution over time. It has a unique blend of historical charm and contemporary urban life.
Historically, this area has been linked to craftsmanship, artisanal work, and revolutionary activities. The neighborhood's role in various revolutionary movements also added to its historical significance. Not far from our apartment you will find an inscription written "26 mai 1871" next to the Bastille which refers to a significant event in French History known as "the bloody week". This inscription could have been engraved in 1880 when July 14th officially became the National Day in France. However, there is no concrete evidence to support this hypothesis, and the exact origin of the inscription remains a mystery that continues to intrigue some historians.
The neighborhood is very safe and it is within walking distance of attractions like the Bastille, the Marais district, and Place de la Nation.
Additionally, the area is known for its lively nightlife, offering an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment options.

Getting Around:
Nearest Metro Station :
- Station Bastille : 2 minutes : Line 1, 5 and 8
- Station Charonne : 15 minutes : Line 9
- 50 minutes to CDG : Line 5 and then RER B
- 50 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
