Enjoy your visit to London in this spacious and cosy home-away-from-home.
The house is minutes away from Barnehurst Train Station and Bexleyheath Town Centre.
London Bridge Station is only 30-35 minutes train ride from Barnehurst Train Station.
In Bexleyheath Town Centre you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants and a big Shopping Centre.
There is a driveway with free parking for up to 4 cars.
The property is located in a residential area - STRICTLY NO PARTIES!
The space
You will find all the amenities you need in this house and can enjoy some fresh air and the outdoors in the large back garden.
Living room - A large 3 seater sofa and 2 one-seater sofas, a Smart TV (with Freeview channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a lot more). Super fast internet with up to 500 Mbps internet speeds.
Kitchen and dining area - dining table for 8 and all the necessary kitchen amenities, gas stove, oven, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.
Master bedroom - King size bed and built-in wardrobes. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet as well.
Bedroom 2 - A double bed, drawers and wardrobes

Bathroom 2 - a large bathtub, high-pressure shower and a toilet

Garden - a conservatory, outdoor table and sofa set. Please note the garden is also accessible to the studio flat next door, as such there may be other guests using it.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
Additional rules
STRICTLY NO PARTIES. We have noise detection alarms in the property and any guests suspected of throwing a party will be kicked out of the property immediately.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
