Enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relax in this spectacular villa that has everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. There is a private chlorine pool measuring 12m x 6m with a depth of between 1.20m and 1.80m and an outdoor shower where you can cool off after a day of sightseeing around the island. The swimming pool is surrounded by a garden with ten sun loungers, a play area for children, a ping-pong table and a tennis court. There is also a porch where you can eat or have a drink, an outdoor bathroom and a table where you can enjoy a dinner under the stars.

The interior of the house, which combines traditional elements with more modern ones and is spread over two floors, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor, you will find a living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, as well as a separate kitchen with an induction hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For sleeping, there are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms available. On the ground floor there are two of them: the first has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second has two single beds. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and the other a double bed. All of them have en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the house. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

The finca is located in Santanyí, a charming village known for its pristine beaches, stunning natural scenery, traditional architecture and relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic centre, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps while stopping off at a good restaurant to sample the local gastronomy. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, don't hesitate to visit the beautiful beach of Cala Santanyí or Cala Mondragó, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island thanks to its crystal clear waters, fine sand and the impressive nature reserve that surrounds it.
