Villa Avalon is a magnificent 3-floor property, located in a tranquil rural area, but close to all amenities, with incredible views of the sea and golf course, the perfect setting for your holiday in the Algarve.

With 7 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates large groups. On the lower floor, there are 2 suites with double beds and shower, plus a suite room for 4 people (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed). There is also a service toilet. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin room and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower; another suite with a double bed and shower; and a third with bunk bed. There is also an independent bathroom with shower.

The exterior offers a heatable pool and jacuzzi (both optional extras). The outdoor dining area has stunning views, as well as a barbecue and bread/pizza oven.

The interior is spacious and elegant, with air conditioning in all rooms. The villa has a games room with billiards, cinema room, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Located between the Salgados Natural Reserve and the golf course, it is just minutes from Praia Grande, Armação de Pêra and various amenities. The largest beach extension in Barlavento Algarvio and the Salgados Reserve are just minutes away. Albufeira is only 15 minutes away.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 16 guests.
From the 17th to the 22th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
