Villa Anna is an impressive holiday home with a privileged location in Albufeira, just a 15-minute walk from the center and a short drive from the charming historic center of Albufeira and the beautiful Peneco and Pescadores beaches. This well-decorated and cozy property is the ideal escape for relaxing holidays in the sun with family and friends.

This incredible holiday home benefits from air conditioning in all 7 bedrooms, which are distributed as follows: 1 double room with a double bed, 5 double rooms with 2 single beds each, 1 quadruple room equipped with 2 bunk beds, with a maximum occupancy of 16 + 4 guests. There are also 5 bathrooms throughout the house.

The kitchen is family-sized, modern, and fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, ironing board, and iron.

The living/dining rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable, to accommodate the entire family. A wide terrace offers beautiful views over the city of Albufeira. A games room is also available with table tennis and a snooker table, for entertainment during long summer nights.

The outdoor area offers a fabulous pool (heatable as an optional extra) and is set in a well-maintained garden, with a patio and a barbecue area ideal for outdoor meals.

Right next to Villa Anna is its sister villa Villa Pauline. Both properties can be booked simultaneously for large groups.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Unforgettable Albufeira Escape

Our recent holiday in Albufeira, at Villa Anna, was an absolute delight. The villa's prime location near restaurants and shops made exploring the area a breeze. Our group of 16 was accommodated comfortably in this spacious and beautifully designed villa. The heated pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy a swim even during cooler days. Inside, the villa was well-equipped, and confortable bedrooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the property management team's professionalism added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for an unforgettable getaway.

A lovely property and shops and restaurants near hand

Great family holiday and reps only a phone call away if you needed anything. Neighbours not friendly but we made our own fun and we're happy enough. Uber was the only way to go for taxis cheap and prompt.

The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night.

Brilliant family holiday

We had a brilliant family holiday in Villa Anna. It was everything we had wished for - large bedrooms, excellent kitchen and living area and a beautiful pool. It was an excellent location with supermarkets and many nice restuarants nearby. Any dealings I had with the owner Gerard were handled in a friendly but professional manner. On the holiday when I had some queries I got a speedy response and to my satisfaction. All in all a fantastic holiday and I would definetly recommend Villa Anna to any family or group of friends and someday I hope to return. Highly recommended.

The house was large enough for all 16 guests and location was great for all the different age groups. The view was not pleasant from the pool. The outdoor seating is very tired and not enough for all the guests and there is not enough cups and glasses for all the guests. Also could do with a larger fridge for the amount of guests the villa holds. Suggestions would be to check the stock in the villa between each guests stay. The air conditioning on the ground floor was not working on arrival however after messaging maintenance were quick to rectify the next day. The pool had some tiles missing from the floor which was sharp on the feet however it was well maintained by the pool man for cleanliness.

Villa Anna

Great location, used Uber for the old town but walked to the new town. Villa needed repairs from day 1 which we reported, they advised they would all be sorted but was not done. The patio door was off on one of the rooms but was boarded up so unsure how they thought this was acceptable. Everything was in the villa from washing machine to cutlery so no faults there.. pool was freezing but again that did not bother us. There is a sewage smell when you go to the basement but not coming from the rooms. We had a wonderful time if I’m honest snd didn’t complain because they didn’t fix the repairs. We maybe should have but hey ho we were there to have a lovely holiday. Marina is well worth going too for food and views are amazing

Fabulous holiday

The property was absolutely perfect for our group (10 adults and 5 teenagers). The property is huge and we had plenty of space. It has all of the amenities as expected. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach (20 mins) but Ubers are inexpensive. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. There was 14 of us, family and friends. The villa is huge. We never felt crowded. Could easily fit more people. The villa was clean. The pool area was lovely. The service we received from the agent was outstanding. Would most definitely recommend.

Very good property

Pros, Very Large property that can fit a large group. Great Location Heated swimming pool is great Property Management team are good. Very clean and fairly new Cons, Internet sometimes didn't work, It was extremely slow 0.05mbps speed and for a whole day it didn't work at all. If you have teenagers this is a problem. The TV in the Living Area is way too small for a large sitting room, you need a pair of Binoculars to see it. The property has a slight Ant problem, we had Ants in the basement/Ground Floor and some droppings (not sure from what).

We stayed at villa anna family of 13, booked with home and away but algarve vacation looked after us , olivia Grimes from there answered all emails promptly and was very informative and booked transfers for us very good service , the villa is immaculate with all you need , clean and modern plenty of room for all , great pool and outdoor space , this villa is close to the town 15 minutes walk to the strip , we preferred the old town which was only 6 euro in a taxi or a 40 minute walk , really enjoyed our holiday and would use this service again

Villa Anna ... what an amazing stay

We were a group of 7 ladies that gather once a year for a relaxing vacation. Although we come to the Algarve every year, we finally find a villa that suit us. It was love at first sight. We had a great time in Albufeira. We were welcomed by Kellie, a nice local representative that gave us useful information. The property is spacious and very comfortable. Located in a quiet area. We prefer old town Albufeira instead of the Strip in Oura area. The food was great and the portuguese wines... amazing. The only weak point of our stay was the cool nights during the second half of the vacation.

Fabulous property!

The house was fully equipped and nice and clean. The description is accurate on the villa. The pool area was lovely, spacious with comfortable loungers. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect. Anyway, we have enjoyed the holidays and had much fun in this house. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Villa can't wait to see the changes !!

We have been to this Villa on 4 occasions (4 years on the trot) and I have to say if you want a family holiday in a Villa with room then look no further. The villa is well looked after and all the rooms are large with on-suite so no waiting around for others in the group or family to get ready. The Villa is having work done on it this year so I am so excited to see how it will look when we go back in 2019. Gerrard who owns the property is one of the best and always goes out of his way to help with your booking. The property is very well located and although you are fay enough away from the strip not to hear any noise you are still in walking distance. This has a 5 star rating out of 5 Diana Stickland

Anna Villa the perfect place.

The Villa could not have been better everything catered for spotless clean.Gerard the owner could not have been more helpful arranged everything from Airport transfers to giving you a great run down on the Area itself. One of the better holidays we have ever had will look forward to booking Anna Villa again in the near future. Thanks again to Gerard for making it all very simple.
