The pine forest is a place where peace and tranquillity reign, ideal for those seeking a refuge away from the city where they can relax and enjoy sports and walking or cycling. Its strategic location makes it possible to reach all the tourist sites and food and wine routes of northern Sardinia in a few minutes. The villa has a bedroom, small bedroom, living room with kitchenette and two bathrooms.
The entire villa is surrounded by a large garden and an outside porch immersed in the nature of the pine forest, a stone's throw from the sea.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning and everything necessary for an excellent stay.
On the porch there is a table and chairs where you can have lunch comfortably, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity.
