We would like to Welcome you to this superior deluxe apartment. This is a unique property on the popular Monte Dourado Complex in Carvoeiro due to its exclusive outside decked lounge and dining area.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment throughout the property including new decked garden area overlooking one of the many pools on the complex.

Carvoeiro beach is only 450 yards away, plus restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and there is a further twin bedroom. The second bathroom has walk in shower. The lounge and dining area is spacious and has sliding patio doors to the private deck area with exterior lounge furniture, sun loungers and an elevated seating area with bar stools to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. This overlooks the pool area. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. At the front of the property is a further seating area, ideal for a morning coffee or those seeking shade on a hot day.



Ideally situated on top of the hills surrounding the charming costal village of Carvoeiro, Monte Dourado is just a short distance from the town center.

The resort has five swimming pools (1 outdoor pool with cover heated in the winter months, depending on weather conditions), Perfect for morning swims or meeting old or new friends.

A five-minute walk is the center of Carvoeiro, with entertainment, lots of entertainment, local bars and a wide variety of shopping experiences. There are many activities to enjoy such as, cycling, walking and hiking on the cliffs, which offer great views and a lot of fun and leisure time. Not limited to land activities, as there is also an offer of water sports such as sailing, surfing, diving, fishing, kayacking, boat visits to the beautiful caves and much more.

We had such a brilliant stay! Pool was great for the kids and never seemed too busy (could always get a sun lounger and parasol by the pool), the outdoor area of the apartment was brilliant too. Such a great and central location, we had a really lovely stay 😊

This beautiful apartment has a fantastic outside area for making the most of the sunshine. Perfect location for very short walk to town. The apartment is well equipped.

Great apartment and responsive host. Apartment was exactly as described and the welcome package was really helpful. Swimming pools on the resort are great. Location is closed to restaurants and supermarket but the short hill you have to go down to reach them is very steep if you have mobility issueskids with you. Great stay and would not hesitate to book again if we come back to the town.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro. The balcony is the largest we have ever seen, spent so much time out there, excellent!!! Katherine was a brilliant host, we did have a couple of issues, these were resolved promptly and without any fuss.

Great location. Outside deck makes this property extra special. Spent most of our time on the deck. So nice we booked again for next year. Deck is much better than a balcony. Everything is very nice and clean and comfortable however dining room chairs are warn and TV should be updated to a Smart TV

Great apartment close to the beach and very well located.

Great location. Excellent patio/balcony. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable well resourced stay. Decent furniture and beds. Very nice for a 2 or 3 person stay. We’d book again. We did have a small issue with cockroaches at the beginning of our stay which is why we have marked down cleanliness. However, the cleaner was great and very thorough. The service was great too. Elite were very responsive.It’s not overly cheap but not too expensive either- again that’s why we’ve marked the value for money as average.

Carvoeiro is definitively a lovely place. This appartement is localized at 5min walk from carvoeiro central place and beach. Everything is accessible by foot. The only cons for this place is the very bad soundproofing of the walls, when you have the bad luck to have non discreet neighbors.

Very close to the centre of Carveiro yet quiet and tropical vibe in the later evening at the condo to enjoy a glass of wine on the beautiful patio. Shower curtains in both bathrooms should be replaced. Dirty on the bottom. That’s the only thing.

The cleaners were a delight. Neither spoke English but they were so friendly and their interaction with our Granddaughter was so uplifting. Additionally, they did a great job with their mid-break clean. Location is perfect but you need to be mobile to tackle the hill. We requested a cot which was not in place when we arrived. Although this was resolved very quickly the admin could be better.

I have stayed on this resort twice. Both times it has been very enjoyable. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. This particular apartment has a fabulous outside decking area overlooking the pool. Great for alfresco diningrelaxing on a recliner. The pools are also lovely and never very busy. I was often on my own even though it was a peak August week. Carvoeiro is a real gem, once down the hill it’s easily walked from one end to the other and it’s packed with delicious restaurants. The taxis are in abundance and less than 3euros to use Uber to get us back up the hill……don’t underestimate the hill 😁
