Casa Azevinho is a pretty 2 bedroom villa in a quiet surrounding with distant but nice sea views from the roof terrace. It comprises two bedrooms and one bathroom, a separate WC, lounge with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in the Quinta do Paraiso Country Club, a well known resort with mini-club, several pools, minigolf and tennis courts, each approximately 350 m away. 1 km to the beach and 4 km to well known golf courses. Many restaurants nearby.
The lovely garden (600 m2)is beautiful and offers space for sun and shade seekers. You will find peace and tranquility as well as plenty of activities here.



Suitable for everybody but especially for families and golfers.


Carvoeiro: The loveliest village in the Algarve with restaurants which are supplied by local fishermen. No high-rises, three golf courses, a number of tennis courts. Several beaches.

Loved my stay in Carvoeiro! Would definitely want to come back! The location was close enough you can walk to the beach but far enough away it was in a quiet community. The place was beautiful and exactly how it was described!

Fully equipped Villa

The Villa was fully equipped and clean, plenty of towels and in a lovely area not far from the ocean. If you have chance visit the Hideaway beach restaurant it is fabulous especially on a Sunday when there is live music. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa and may book again.

Great place to stay in Carvoeiro

The villa and garden were very nice and we made use of the roof terrace on many evenings. Close to the large pools and we never had a problem getting sunbeds there with some shade (in June). Easy to walk into Carvoeiro centre & beach (but uphill coming back) and lots of nice restaurants there. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

What a lovely stay we had at this villa.

The villa had every item that we wanted for our stay. A lovely secluded garden tucked away with everything for our relaxing break over Christmas. Good for walks with shopping not to far away. Plus the maid is pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommended.

yes, Casa Azevinho is a beautiful Villa for all seasons. I am glad that you liked it. Do not hesitate to come to Carvoeiro and Casa Azevinho again. During the next weeks we will install a new air-condition for the living room (heating and cooling) together with the fireplace it will complete the perfect feeling

Very good house

Well placed in the Quinta do Paraiso resort, next to activities or the main swimming pools. You will find a great house well equiped with best confort. The host answers quickly to your questions before and during your stay. We had 2 Amazing weeks and WE had some walks to Carvoeiro beach which is Really close

Excellent property, been previously. Only two issues, leaking shower screen and the sheets on the bed don't fit properly. Can forgive for fab location and nearby restaurants and entertainment. Will be here another 14 nights too!!

Lovely accommodation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outside property is beautiful and well equipped. The house itself has everything you could possibly want. We enjoyed making some of our own meals in the spacious kitchen and dining outside beside the pond. Although we were only 2 people, this property would be ideal for two couples. A great place to relax!

Well-appointed and a great location, close to a plethora of decent eateries. Good service from the maids. Pond and frogs in garden a delight. All good as long as the neighbours are quiet. Some of ours didn't know where the volume knob was on their radio! Would certainly use again.

Well worth the wait.

This house was initially booked pre covid so it has taken some time to get there. It was however worth waiting for. The owner Susann kept us up to date throughout and answered any questions promptly. On our arrival the house was spotless and as described. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the cleaners are on the ball. During our stay i emailed Susann the owner with a quick question and she immediately rang from her home in Germany to resolve it. Great customer service! The roof terrace is great for star gazing and the covered terrace next to the pond is a lovely place to eat out of the sun. I would definitely recommend this property.

Casa Azevinho Carvoeiro agust 2021, 2 adults and one 8 year old child

We have spend two weeks in august in Casa Azevinho. The communication with the owner (Susann) is very good and the house and the surroundings met the description and references on the VRBO site. We used the terras under the canopy at breakfast, the terras in front of the living room end of the day and the roof terras to catch the latest sun with a nice breeze before we went out for dinner. There is are some good restaurants nearby and the center of town is 10-15min walking distace. The communal pool of the complex is a 5min walk and beaches are nearby. There is a booklet in the house with all information and tips about the house and the neighborhood. There is a local house manager abailible if needed. Housekeeping is doing laundry and cleaning so it is like beeing in a hotel. We could easily spend some more time in Carvoeiro and we got back home with great memories of this period.

Séjour au top

Après une semaine dans cette belle région qu’est l’Algarve . Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette très belle maison , très bien équipée et qui est particulièrement bien placé pour visiter la région. Proche de l’autoroute tout en étant dans un quartier très calme.
