This stylish and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment is the ultimate base for your holiday being just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach and Carvoeiro town, with a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit any taste.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults and there is an additional fold up bed should it be required.

The accommodation in brief includes:
2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom, with en-suite, has a super-king bed, plenty of wardrobe space with views out onto the balcony, the pools and lovely landscape gardens. The second bedroom, over-looking the tennis courts, has a king-sized bed that can be made into two singles with a shower room opposite.
The lounge/dining room includes a sofa, chairs, coffee table and sideboard. There is a flat screen TV offering a range of European/UK channels including Sky Sports.

From the lounge, you have immediate access to a good size balcony with table and chairs plus sun loungers and views over the pools and town below.

The dining area has a table and five chairs and for the cooler winter evenings, a log burning fire - logs and kindling can be purchased from the complex Reception.

The kitchen is well equipped, with cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all you should need to cater for your requirements.

Air conditioning units are in both bedrooms and the lounge.

Parking is available directly outside the apartment and there is an on-site Reception area, who are able to assist with any queries you may have including car rental, local places of interest and where you can collect and deposit your apartment key. The tennis courts can also be booked for a small fee via Reception.

NEW TOURIST TAX

As you may have seen on the news or in the press, Portugal has introduced a small Tourist Tax like some other European countries, which came into force in May 2024. It is collectable and payable by us directly to the Lagoa local council which encompasses Carvoeiro.

The fee for the tax applies throughout the year and is broken down into high and low season.
Low season between November 1st and March 31st - €1 per person per night
High season between April 1st and October 31st - €2 per person per night

The fee is capped at a maximum of 7 nights regardless of longer stays.
The fee is chargeable for any guest age 13 or above.

We will request the additional tax through the Vrbo website on or around the second payment. To calculate the correct fee, please let us know any guest aged 13 and above.
