VILLA CASA CUBA is situated on the modern development of Clube Golfemar which consists of high quality villas in a tranquil setting amidst tropical gardens and adjacent to the Vale de Milho Golf Course. The villa is situated in a Prime location - just 100m from the communal pool, children’s pool, and Bar/Restaurant. The property consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, lounge, dining room and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The Villa has FREE high speed Wifi Internet; UK & European TV and Air Conditioning included. The Villa is south facing, providing stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the lounge and master bedroom. It has its own private garden and partly shaded rear patio, which provides outside dining & BBQ. Sun beds are located on the roof terrace which enjoys dawn till dusk sunshine with fabulous panoramic views of the coastline and mountains. The Villa is near many spectacular beaches, championship golf courses, and near to a small mini market, and 5 local quality restaurants. There are many attractions including 2 water parks and Zoo Marine just a short drive away.

COAST/BEACHES: There are some stunning beaches close by with the nearest Centeanes being about 1km (10-15 min walk). Within 5 mins by car is our favourite beach - Praia de Marinha with its natural arches and rock stacks. The smugglers beach at Benagil and Albandeira all have good beaches. Some have good beach restaurants. The coastline around Benagil is spectacular and the cliff walk from Benagil to Albandeira is rated one of the best cliff walks in the Algarve. There are said to be 82 named beaches in the Algarve, not to mention the hidden coves.

GOLF &TENNIS: The Algarve is renowned for its excellent golf courses, and the owners are keen Golfers.
Casa Cuba is situated centrally to most of the best courses, thereby offering an excellent base for golfers.
Vale de Milho 9-hole par 3 course is adjacent to the property. This is only a short course, but suitable for families, beginners and short game practice. The Pestana Golf Resorts (Vale da Pinta, Gramacho, Silves and Alto Championship courses) are 10/15 mins drive from Golfemar. Pennina and the Faldo and O'Connor Championship courses are all within a 15-minute drive. Salgados Links, Palmares and Golfe do Morgado are within a 20-minute drive. The Vilamoura courses are about 30 mins from the Villa.
Discounted green fees and special package deals are available on many courses.

Tennis can be booked at the Rocha Brava Tennis Centre, which is only a 10 minute walk from Golfemar.

CAR HIRE: Car hire is not essential, but is recommended in order to visit the many interesting places along this wonderful coastline, and inland to the mountains of Monchique. If you require a hire car we can recommend an excellent local company offering good value for money.

Very comfortable apartment with beautiful views

Casa Cuba is a very comfortable apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. It is in a great location, very close to the pool and with beaches within walking distance or a short drive. There is a shop and several good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Best of all is the amazing view from the garden and rooftop terrace.

A lovely villa, fully equipped and ideally located.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in Casa Cuba. The villa has a patio area and also a roof top terrace and the view is lovely from both. The complex is extremely well looked after with many attractive colourful shrubs. As well as The Lighthouse there are very good localrestaurants within walking distance and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Would love to return one day

Lovely villa in perfect location

The villa was in a quiet area but very close to Lighthouse pool and bar which had a lovely pool and the welcoming staff were great, very family friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shops a lovely area.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Cuba. The apartment is in a lovely & quiet neighborhood, so we were able to relax and unwind. It is very well equipped and grocery stores are near by, so perfect if you want to dine in, which we did quite a bit. Nice beaches and pool nearby. We would love to come back!

Great villa in a beautiful location

Great villa, spotless and in a beautiful location. Villa owners were very helpful and in contact with us before the holiday, several times with information and recommendations for where to go and eating out. The villa is a stones throw from a rooftop bar/ restaurant and lots of other places to eat about 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed Casa Cuba so much. What an adventure. We felt so lucky to have found this villa. Loved the view, loved the location, loved the center of town, and the wonderful people. We will be back.

A Perfect Week

After a day at Casa Cuba it felt like home! The villa and resort is exceptionally clean and well kept. There is everything you need at the villa and all you need to take is your clothes. It is nicely situated, local supermarkets, beautiful beaches and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed it that much we rebooked as soon as we got home.

Relaxing break

Had a great time in this lovely villa, perfect location for relaxing time and discovering the Algarve. Loads of great restaurants in the local area and the beaches are within a short distance. The villa is well equipment with everything you’ll need for your stay it’s like home from home. June is a fantastic loads of good information and really good communication 5 stars. Thanks again

Well equipped villa very clean, great location.

The villa is well maintained, extremely clean and very comfortable. The owners have equipped it with everything you could possibly require, including internet TV. There's a great folder of information on site with suggestions of places to eat and visit as well as instructions on how to use the various appliances. The villa is situated on a very pleasant estate and is only a couple of minutes walk from the lovely pool area and Lighthouse Restaurant where we enjoyed a couple of meals listening to a great live band. The location is ideal, with a small supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance, but we found it easier to take the car. Some good golf courses only 15-20 minutes drive and the coastal walks are very enjoyable. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others. All in all a great place for a very relaxing stay.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, wir können nichts bemängeln. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Es gibt Restaurants vor Ort und fußläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Strände sind in der Hauptsaison sehr voll, daher sind wir immer etwas weiter gefahren. Wie empfehlen den Strand Praia dos Salgados. Aber im Haus gibt es einen super Ordner mit Tipps bezüglich Restaurants, Stränden und Wanderwegen. Den Pool haben wir nur wenig genutzt, da man Liegen und Sonnenschirme teuer bezahlen muss.

Sehr gut und schön ausgestattet mit wunderschönem Blick und toller Umgebung.

Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht voll auf zufrieden. Es kommt selten vor, dass der Eindruck vor Ort noch besser ist, als man es von den Bildern erwartet- aber bei der Casa Cuba war es definitiv so. Wir waren mit unseren Teenager Töchtern in der Casa für 2 Wochen in Urlaub und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll, vollständig und praktisch ausgestattet einschl. Strand-Sonnenschirmen und Frischhalteboxen, mehrere Gedecke Geschirr, so dass man nur einmal am Tag den Spüler laufen lassen muss usw. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse oder vom Dach ist einfach Traumhaft. Und in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man sich wünscht: Schöne Strände, gute und nette Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und vor allem absolut kein Rummel. Auch der Pool der Anlage ist sehr schön nur leider ohne Schatten. Die Lage der Casa " in der Mitte der Algave-Küste" bietet viel Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in alle Richtungen. Die Englischen Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt, dass sie wollen, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen - und genau das hatten wir uns: sehr wohl gegühlt.

Excellent villa

The villa is in immaculate condition and well equipped. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The patio is superb with that great view. The bird book provided helped identify unusual birds that come into the garden. The flowers growing there were beautiful in October. There is an abundance of literature describing the villa and things to do and see in the area. A lot of thought has gone into everything. The dishwasher and a few tablets were really welcome. There is easy access to beautiful cliff walks in the area though hiring a car is really necessary if you wish to see many of the sights further afield. The nearby restaurant, Ponto de Encontro, is reasonably priced and popular with ex-pats, though you'll need Google Maps or Sat Nav to find it! Would highly recommend this villa.

Rundum versorgt und wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Casa cuba. Es fehlt in der Ferienwohnung wirklich an nichts, der Sercice war perfekt. Auch unserem 1,5j Sohn hat es sehr gut gefallen, und es gab sogar Sandspielzeug und co.

Delightful villa, clean and fully equipped in a great location

We had a wonderful 10 days at Casa Cuba. The villa is well equipped, and in a lovely quiet location although walking distance to restaurants and Carvoeiro is only a 20min stroll. The communal pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers. There are good selection of restaurants close by. Would definitely return :)

The Villa is owned by ourselves, Graham & June Butler and our son Paul Butler. We live in the Cotswalds our son lives in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Since our retirement we enjoy the winter sunshine in our Villa, and our son and his family usually visit at some time during the year.
We enjoy walking, golf and bird watching and good beaches to relax,
We update Casa Cuba each year during our time there.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Casa Cuba because of the beautiful views of the ocean, and the tranquil location. It is situated in a quiet Cul-de-Sac near to the Pools and recently opened restaurant/bar grill.
We wanted a property that enjoyed winter sunshine, good beaches, good golf and good walking and Casa Cuba ticked all these boxes for us.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When we first entered Casa Cuba and the electric blinds went up we instantly fell in love with the wonderful views of the ocean.
We loved the gardens and peaceful location, the roof terrace ideal for the early evening gin and tonic or all day sunshine.
Besides all of that our favourite pastimes of, walking, golf and bird watching and good beaches to relax, are all available nearby.
