Casablanca
Casablanca is a refurbished and renovated villa for 2023 in a cool, modern "Miami beach" style, with pool heating available at additional charge on request. Casablanca is a 4 bedroom villa with sea views, Casablanca is a luxury getaway and you will not be disappointed. Nestled high above the Mediterranean coastline, close to the most easterly part of Javea and Spain, with majestic roof terrace sea views Casablanca is a perfect vacation getaway. Featuring beautifully manicured gardens and pool area with artificial grass and an 8m x 4m pool with roman steps, this is an ideal villa for one large group or 2 families looking for a relaxing Javea holiday. The upper floor of the villa is made up of 2 bedrooms both of which are accessed via the external staircase from the ground floor terrace. The master with a double size bed, coffee station and Nespresso machine and the second with 2 single beds, both with access to the private balcony with lounge seating, amazing sun shade sails, dining and stunning views out to sea; on certain days even Ibiza can be seen on the horizon. Upper level bedrooms benefit from a walk in shower, WC and sink. The bedrooms have a huge amount of storage via their built in wardrobes and both bedrooms have hot and cold air-conditioning. Having access to the upper terrace for the private use of these 2 bedrooms means that it is a unique space providing complete privacy and separation from the rest of the villa as the only access is via the external staircase. Please note that the staircase to the 1st floor bedrooms is external and there is no adjoining internal access. The staircase is not suitable for unsupervised children or the elderly with mobility issues.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a king size bedroom with an en-suite walk in shower-room, decorated to the same high standard as those found on the upper level and a twin bedroom with separate shower room. All bedrooms downstairs also benefit from hot and cold air-conditioning. The entrance to the villa can be to the side of the breakfast terrace and through the patio doors in to the open plan kitchen dining / living room. This space is perfect for those who like to entertain with dining inside and also outside for 8 people, with the open plan kitchen and breakfast bar you can choose where you would like to relax and dine. The living space seats 8 on relaxing and comfortable sofas, with a 50″ flat screen TV with a full UK and Spanish satellite channel package plus a basic set of freeview German and Dutch channels. With 2 TV areas available the kids will never be short of something to watch and the guys will never miss their favourite sports event.
The naya or terrace is glorious with views out to the pool and dining for 8 and lovely comfortable lounge seating for lazing around and reading a book. There is a large sofa with a further 65" TV perfect for sports fans and movie buffs. To the side of the naya is the summer kitchen with electric plancher,charcoal BBQ, sink, hot and cold water "Qooker" style tap, fridge for some cold drinks and another huge and super cool sun shade to protect you from the midday sun while you enjoy your favourite BBQ food.
The villa has high speed Wi-Fi internet throughout at no extra cost.

There is a good quality large "mini-market" called Wimar; stocking a great selection of foods and beverages and most items that you would need and is within a short walk.
Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 25 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants, which is a 10 minute drive away. There are a number of Spanish, Italian, Indian restaurants within a few minutes drive and a delivery service is available. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.
Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year. Javea town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.
La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a few minutes drive of Casablanca. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Javea’s postcards.
