Situated a 5 minute walk to Langworthy Metrolink (tram) station for direct connections to MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, Manchester United's Old Trafford & Manchester City Centre.
The Space:
This spacious Victorian terraced property is spread over 3 floors offering beds to sleep 11 guests, and was completely renovated and refurbished in February 2023.
There are 5 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (compromising a shower, toilet & washbasin in each).
The living containing a smart TV with Cable Entertainment TV channels, access to streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon, a large comfortable sofa, which is separate from the fully fitted kitchen where you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and various kitchen essentials including a coffee machine and all the usual utensils. This leads out to the rear garden and covered patio area complete with outdoor dining facilities for alfresco dining.
The stairs from the Kitchen lead downstairs to the Dining/TV room in the basement with a large dining table - perfect to use as a workspace - a sofabed and a Smart TV with access to streaming services.
All essentials such as towels, bedding & hotel-quality bedlinen, kitchen utensils are included.
The house can accommodate up to 11 guests in total, with the following bed configuration:

Located on a quiet street, the house has local amenities as well as all that Manchester City Centre, MediaCityUK and the Trafford Centre have to offer in easy reach.
There are small grocery shops within a 5 minute walk, as well as some great local takeaways & shops - and MediaCityUK is only a 4 minute drive or 18 minute walk with lots more bars, restaurants and shops! Also nearby is a large Tesco supermarket just a 4 minute drive away.
The PureGym is also a 9 minutes drive away at Exchange Quay for those looking to get a workout in during your stay!
Old Trafford Football stadium, The Trafford Centre shopping complex, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust (Hope Hospital) are within a short drive, and various other attractions are located nearby.
Pop over to visit Liverpool City for the day, itâs only around 30 mins by train from Manchester City Centre, or a 45 min drive from the house.
Getting Around:
Manchester City Centre is within a 10 minute drive.
The tram is within a 5 minute walk and takes you directly into Manchester (Piccadilly) via Media City and Salford Quays.
The property is nearby the M602, M60 and M62 motorways.
