With 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and 2 bathrooms, this duplex is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. From street level, with convenient parking right outside the door or in a private garage, you step onto the first floor. Here you are greeted by a bright, open-plan living room with a smart TV (including Swedish and international channels) and high-speed WiFi, which merges with a stylish designer kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - perfect for cooking everything from a quick breakfast to a festive meal.
Step out onto the first terrace, complete with a large dining table for 6, where you can enjoy dinners under the stars with the sea as a backdrop. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms and a fresh bathroom with shower. One bedroom offers a magical sea view directly from the bed, while the other faces the majestic mountains.
