This quirky double bedroom little house is on Shaldon's coastline, ideal for swimming, sailing, rowing, paddling and rock pool exploring; you have a lot to benefit from its location, right in the heart of Shaldon!
The property spreads over four floors and has two bathrooms.
At ground level as you walk into the property there is the fully fitted kitchen which includes all modern appliances as well as a kitchen table and seating for four.

The little house is modern and tastefully decorated throughout. It has been completely renovated to a high standard, mixing old wooden floorboards with modern furnishings.

The Space:
On the first floor the lounge is a lovely cozy area with a sofa and tv, views of the village and Sea glimpses through the bay window. On the top floor there is a king bed in a beautiful vaulted bedroom. You also have an ensuite with a shower, sink and toilet.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house and we encourage you to make yourselves as at home as possible.
Small dogs are welcome !

The Neighborhood:
The Strand has the most enviable position situated in the middle of the Beautiful Village of Shaldon. The beach is a one minute walk away and in the other direction the Village green is also a minutes walk.

Explore Shaldon Beach, ideal for swimming, sailing, rowing, paddling and rock pool exploring, or the nearby Teignmouth Beach or Ness Cove beach, accessed via an original Smugglers tunnel.

Getting Around:
This house has the option of an off-street parking space close by. This is charged separately at £10 per night, please just request it on booking.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the stairs in this little house are very steep! The quirkiness of the house means it is not suitable for people with difficulties with stairs or young children.
