Le logement est un studio indépendant récemment rénové avec portes françaises à la terrasse (soleil de l'après-midi), c'est sur l'allée mais c'est exclusif à la maison. Un patio privé est également disponible à l'arrière du studio (pour le soleil du matin) et un accès fermé au jardin pour votre chien. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et du chauffage au sol. Le coin cuisine dispose d'un four micro-ondes, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire et d'un réfrigérateur. Grande chambre / coin salon avec TV et wi-fi. Off-street parking dans une allée privée.
Près des transports en commun avec bus et train pour un accès facile à Exeter. 2 nuits min séjour.

Beautiful property in ideal location. Very lovely, helpful host. Very clean accomodation, quiet and relaxing, with 2 separate outdoor seating areas to chase the sun (or shade!). Comfortable bed and good cooking facilities. I would highly recommend a stay here, i may come back to stay again. Thank you so much for a stress free, restful stay x

My in laws had a great break for a week in June. Lovely, clean and well equipped place within walking distance of the town and beach. Not just that, when my father-in-law was too ill to drive home on the Friday, Ruth let them stay in her house for the night, picked up my brother-in-law from the station so that he could drive them home. Ruth’s kindness and hospitality was absolutely superb and we can’t thank her enough!Full recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the studio. It had everything we needed including a comfy bed, a spacious and modern bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a huge television. Ruth is a great host who thoughtfully left us various goodies to save us having to dash to the shops on arrival.

Perfect studio flat in quiet location within 5 minutes walk to the esplanade and beach. Also 5 minute walk to town centre with shops & pub. Had a great week, even with rain! Ruth was lovely and welcoming. Thank you.

Excellent holiday home from home

Really good property in great location for beach and shops. Everything there you would need. Immaculately clean. In peaceful location and parking is bonus. Enjoyed stay, would love to return for longer break. My dogs very comfy in accommodation and so close to park and beach too.

I enjoyed a wonderful three‑night stay in July. The studio is tucked away on a quiet road and was spotless, well‑organized, and equipped with everything you might need. There was even a thoughtful note inviting guests to contact the host if anything was missing which I found very reassuring.Ruth was exceptionally responsive to my many messages and always tried to accommodate my requests. I had planned only to drop off my bag early and return later in the afternoon, but because the previous guests left ahead of schedule, she kindly made the studio available as soon as I arrived. A DIY welcome breakfast was also provided, which I greatly appreciated.I didn’t have a car and relied on walking and public transport. The beach was an easy walk. The town was a bit farther but still very manageable. For anyone who prefers not to walk or has mobility concerns, there are bus stops on the main road that take you either into town or toward the large Tesco and beyond. Ruth even offered me a lift to the train station when I left—so kind and completely unexpected. I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

A very comfortable stay.

The property was ideal as a base to explore nearby sites. Ruth made us feel very welcome and on arrival had left us a welcome pack of groceries. This was very much appreciated after a long drive. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ruth.

Short 4 day stay

This property is fantastic, although i only stayed 4 days it is very suitable for a longer stay.It has everything that would be required, it is ideally located for the exploration of the area.Very clean and welcoming with the added advantage of off road parking and outdoor space if required.The owner left a lovely starter pack, milk coffee butter bread and cereal etc.which was all most welcoming.Thankyou Ruth, hope to see you again in the futyre.

Stay in Exmouth

The accommodation was perfectly located for us to explore exmouth. We were very comfortable and especially liked the step free shower! The welcome pack was really appreciated. We felt the co-axial cable for the TV could have been relocated around the kitchen area rather than under a rug and a hook and/shelf would be handy in the bathroom but we this did not diminish our stay and we would glady stay here again

Everything you need for a few days away

The Studio was spacious, and the owner had kindly left us some breakfast items, milk, yogurt, bread etc. Only a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge but adequate for a few days as we explored the area and ate out mostly. The bathroom was bright and clean and electric shower good. Just a ten minute walk to the beach or town. We had a lovely stay and the parking space was a bonus. Definitely recommended.

Lovely Little Studio

Positioned well in a quite private road. Our host Ruth was very helpful and left welcoming goodies - Milk, Bread, Tea, Coffee and other food in the fridge. Our dogs were welcome and allowed to use the garden (not enclosed). The only draw back is there is only a microwave for cooking/heating food, no hob or oven. This is probably stated in the description and I must have over looked it. Good location for easy access to major routes and of course Exmouth. I would definitely return.

Accommodation as described. Spacious and clean with a couple of chairs and table in garden to use on a sunny day. Items left with milk for first day breakfast which was appreciated. Had everything you needed.Ruth was very helpful and welcoming.Property was an easy walk to beach and easy to find way into Town. Bus stop also close by.

We are quiet around the house enjoying the garden and proximity to the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We live in a quiet neighbour-hood, with a private drive, but we are within walking distance to the beach, the cycle path, local vineyards and shops. No need to use the car for your visit, the bus to Exeter is at the end of the road and the beautiful estuary train journey winds its way to Exeter (and further) through Lympstone and Topsham.

Why not enjoy our famous floating cafe out on the River Exe taking the water taxi to enjoy a seafood lunch or supper. Book very early!
