This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. Itâs full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and itâs a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Canât fault it!
Property was comfortable with lots of paintings and artwork. Nice outside space to sit and relax. Car parking space was one of the reasons we chose this property as parking on roads not that easy.
We had a lovely 2 night stay in this property.
Spotlessly clean and lots of wonderful paintings and interesting items. Beautiful outdoor covered area to sit in surrounded by plants and flowers. We would definitely recommend
The property is quite small but comfy, bright and clean. The decor is arty and attractive. The owners have put a lot of thought into making sure there is everything you need.
The little covered patio at the nack gives a secluded restful place to relax.
We found this property as our usual one wasnât available but we werenât disappointed. Great location, very quiet and good facilities. Laura was very helpful and d as were any communications really quickly. Would definitely recommend.
We were staying in Exmouth due to a family wedding and this house was a perfect little bolt hole for us . It is a beautiful house with its own enclosed terrace and everything that you need as well as being close to the beach and Exmouth town (and a few good pubs!) Laura and family were lovely and very helpful.
We are already looking for another excuse to go back :)
Had a fab couple of days at this location. Host was easily accessible & let us arrive earlier & stay later if we wanted. Spacious & comfortable with great artwork & nice outside area to relax in which is even better than photo & can park on drive which is ideal.Only a few minutes walk to town centre of Exmouth & beach, had a lovely Nepalese meal in Nemaste Restaurant & great fish n chips locally. Loads to do in the area, we hired cycles & did a tour along the Exe from Exmouth through lovely villages of Lympstone & Topsham, as low tide we went up to the swing bridge & down the other side then back to Topsham & crossed on the ferry for ÂŁ2.00 +bike & then sat overlooking the estuary outside lovely pub. Visited Budleigh Salterton, a little gem with pebbly beach, and Powderham castle where we had a free guided tour.Lovely area.
Thank you for sharing your lovely home Lisa. We had a wonderful stay last weekend. It was spotlessly clean and in a great quiet location but within easy walking distance of the town and seafront. It was bigger than weâd expected and the garden was beautiful. Thank you.
This was s delightful place to stay. It was well equipped and we were very comfortable there. We took great pleasure from the distinctly individual decor including the charming covered patio. The huge bed was very comfortable.
This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at during our trip to England. Just as described. A great place to relax after sight-seeing, very comfortable bed. The location was great - easy walk into town. And a parking space! We had only one question for Laura and she responded to my text immediately. I highly recommend this lovely apartment.
