El Mirador est un appartement entièrement enregistré (VT-443789-A) qui a deux chambres, une double et une à lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec douche dans la baignoire et une deuxième grande salle de douche sans rendez-vous. Le salon / salle à manger s'ouvre sur le balcon orienté au sud avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.
Il y a une piscine communautaire, un parking sécurisé, une terrasse commune sur le toit avec un barbecue en brique.
L'appartement est accessible par ascenseur et est adapté aux fauteuils roulants.
Il y a un coffre-fort pour les clients.
Les installations comprennent Satellite T. V. intégrant des chaînes sportives et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.
L'immeuble propose ses propres bars / restaurant avec vue sur la mer au rez-de-chaussée. Très pratique pour les petits déjeuners!
Les installations à proximité comprennent des restaurants, des bars, des supermarchés (y compris 24h / 24), des magasins, des banques, des cybercafés - tous facilement accessibles à pied. We had a wonderful holiday here with the whole family. The property offers a stunning view and is perfectly located with short walking distance to everything we needed – shops, restaurants, and the beach. A peaceful and relaxing place, yet close to all the action. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a great family getaway.

This is a excellent apartment it has a great location for bars restaurants and beaches will definitely recommend it to family and friends I have booked the apartment for later on in the year can’t wait.

What a View. Superb Just what we needed Blue sky Blue Sea Palm Trees and SunApartment had everything we needed away from the Strip peaceful. You walk as little way and there it is all the cafes bars and restaurants full of life

Lovely spacious apartment in an ideal location. Close enough to the strip but still far enough away to be quiet. Great views and of course the pool is fab.

Perfect Location

This property had everything you could possibly need and was in a perfect location.Convient for bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.It was good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Cabo roig.

Excellent appartment really clean and tidy with fantastic sea views

Had a lovely week with my daughter first time that we have stayed in the area the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch would recommend for anyone that wants a quite break away the key management (Dan And Grace ) were there to greet us and we're very helpful overall a really nice holiday

We really enjoyed our stay,close to everything, lively view.sunbeds need renewing, tired and some broken.we stayed three wks,extra bedding was left but i thought we would of had another visit from the cleaners given the time period but overall we had a lovely stay

Nice short stay appartement

We had a lovely time. Great view from the balcony. Close to the beach, with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Eventhough we only stayed a couple of days, we were welcomed with ‘breakfast’ essentials in the fridge.

Very nice clean appartment with everything what you need for great holidays. Nearby sandy beach is like private beach, not crowded and with clean water. The bigger beach with the kids castle and other entertainment is only 15 mins walk . The supermarket and the big pharmacy are not too far, may be 5 min walk. Ground floor restaurants are not noisy at all, I worried about this, but they closed at 11ish... Thank you for welcoming pack. We enjoyed our stay and had great time there.

Lovely villa in very good location. 4 people stayed in the property and we were a little short of hot water for showering. Would use it again

We have been to this property a few times and I can’t really have anything negative to say about it looking out to the sea from the balcony is amazing hopefully we will be back must say a big thank you to Margaret for meeting us with keys.
