Il s'agit d'un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort moderne, y compris la télévision connectée, les chaînes de télévision anglaises et le wifi illimité gratuit. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances relaxantes et sans stress, y compris un lecteur DVD et un lecteur CD.

Réparti sur 2 étages, il y a un salon / cuisine décloisonné avec lave-vaisselle. Il y a un grand balcon à côté du salon, ce qui est idéal pour les repas en plein air ou pour regarder le monde passer. La chambre principale a un lit king size et est située à cet étage avec la salle de bain.
Au 2ème étage se trouve la deuxième chambre avec lits jumeaux et accès au grand solarium sur le toit. Endroit idéal pour bronzer ou regarder le coucher du soleil avec un verre de vin frais.
La grande piscine commune est ouverte toute l'année et dispose à la fois d'un espace jacuzzi et d'un espace enfants peu profond. Les fabuleuses plages de Playa Flamenca et La Zenia sont à 5 minutes en voiture, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour les familles et les couples. 3 grands terrains de golf sont à proximité et le centre commercial du boulevard La Zenia a de fabuleux magasins et restaurants ainsi qu'une piste de bowling.

Great apartment

We’ve been coming to the area for 20 years and this is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed in. It’s very quiet and even in November, you get the sun on the terrace until late afternoon. It has all the amenities you could ask for, including a dolce gusto coffee machine.

Chilling out time

We were looking for somewhere for a relaxing holiday and we found exactly that. Great condo with everything needed including secluded balcony for sunbathing Especially enjoyed the local market and Zenia boulevard for shopping also plenty of excellent restaurants within few minutes drive. P

Lovely 2 floor apartment. The apartment has everything needed is in a lovely spotlessly clean urbanisation. The area is accessible and close enough to walk to a few areas for drinks etc. we have used this apartment as we are looking to buy and this is exactly what we looking for. Would definitely recommend

Perfect place for chillaxing

The property is great . Everything you need is there . The 2 balconies are lovely spaces to relax . In General everything is great about the apartment . We personally couldn’t get the English tv channels on but could connect Netflix and prime video . The complex again is lovely .

Beautiful apt

Fabulous apartment with everything you need home from home, spotlessly clean, grounds are beautiful at pool atea. Onlly fault was roof top terrace pipe coming out of wall to shower, sore on skin a shower spray would be far better. Iit eouldnt stop me rebooking this beautiful apt.

Nice location, nice appartment, but could really do with AC Throughout the full property. Gets very hot at night. Ac upstairs is ok ,but hose would benefit from being fixed to outside wall, instead of through patio doors. Overall good stay, in lovley well kept complex

Great property in a lovely gated community

We had a lovely holiday here. The property has everything you need. The pool is nice with room around the edges to sit and there is a lifeguard. When we arrived it was very late as our plane had been delayed and Jo was very patient on the phone guiding us into the propert. Perhaps let people know the number of the property below to look out for. I think it would be ok to find in the daytime. We would definitely return here. A car is helpful to get around Thank you very much Jo.

Great apartment and swimming pool

Myself and my family had a lovely week at this apartment, the whole experience from start to finish was so smooth and stress free, Jo was always on hand to answer any questions and was so helpful. The apartment was lovely and clean on arrival and the whole Urbanización was lovely and well maintained. The kids absolutely loved the pool and my youngest even overcome her fear of the water in the kids pool which was a bonus! We hired a car which is a must if you want to explore, we took a day trip to La Manga which was beautiful! Well worth a visit! Would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to visit again one day. Thanks Jo!

Lovely apartment

A lovely apartment with pretty much everything we needed for our extended summer break. The 2nd bedroom (upstairs) was very warm at night but that was reflective of the weather we experienced. We purchased a couple of extra items to make our 3 weeks stay more comfortable (pool chairs & BBQ) and hopefully other guests can use them. To stay here a car was almost essential as the supermarkets, most restaurants and beaches are not within walking distance. Jo was helpful answering any questions that we had leading up to our stay. Overall, would recommend.

La ubicación lo mejor, el apartamento no está mal pero si le falta limpieza y un poco de cuidado con los electrodomésticos y los utensilios de la cocina. Cucharas oxidadas, tazas manchadas del uso y desgaste, platos y cuchillos faltas de limpieza. La comunicación con el agente correcta.

This person i believe had more people in there than was booked. Lots of bedding taken from under the bed. Also they left all the doors open except the front door. so had little respect for my home.

Very quiet, relaxing holiday

Enjoyed our week’s holiday at Zenimar fase 4. Apartment was in a gated community which was very well kept, beautiful gardens and very peaceful. Nearby supermarkets and bars with entertainment although we’d hire a car next time in order to explore further areas.

El apartamento está en una buena urbanizacion. Muy tranquila y limpia. La zona de piscina increíble. El piso tiene dos plantas, lo malo de la planta de arriba donde esta la otra habitación, es que hace mucho calor. Por el día es imposible pasar rato arriba, luego por la noche se estaba mejor. Por lo demás muy bien. Buena terraza, la cocina bien, todo correcto. Hay ventiralores de techo en salón y habitación de abajo, es la de arriba la que hay que poner ventiladores y aún así hace mucho calor

We originally bought it as our holiday home and soon fell in love with the area. So much so we relocated here in 2005. We have successfully rented the property for many years and has been advertised on this website for at least 5 years. Due to management changes we have had to make a new advert. Myself and my husband live local to the area so are always on hand should there be any problems. I work in a bank in Los Alcazares and my husband has his own business. We loved it here so much we bought another apartment in Los Alcazares near to Spinosas kiting bar and club.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is just a fabulous located property for anyone on holiday who are looking for peace and quiet or nightlife. It has always been maintained to a high standard with many clients choosing to come back. The gardens are fantastic and tranquil but with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short distance away. You will not be disappointed.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with feel of Zeniamar as a whole. Excellent quality properties that are also made to live in - not just to holiday in.
I love sitting on the balcony and watching people pass by below and the huge private sun roof is a winner!
