We had a lovely stay at "Rosa Blanca". Anne, the host is excellent and always responds quickly to any enquiries. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and represents very good value for money. The grounds are immaculate and the 3 swimming pools were always quiet with plenty of room. We loved the large terrace complete with outdoor dinning and sunbeds. We would definitely return in the future.
The apartment was excellent for us as it was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. The location was great, the beach was within mins so was the shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. We also used the local bus to travel around, theres no need for a car. We really appreciated the check in process having someone meeting you was great.
Great apartment in nice complex with 3 nice size pools quiet complex with very little noise but central location only 10 min walk to beach and 5 mins from plenty of good bars and eating places would definitely recomend to anyone that needs good apartment
The apartment, the area and the apartment complex are all superb. No discos, noisy bars or dozens of souvenir shops. Just a relaxed area with bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The only downside was that not much sun comes on the balcony in November. We will remember this place for future plans.
We have stayed in this property before. It is excellent and with a large and well equipped roof terrace that provides sun or shade throughout the day. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and it is our intention to return in the future.
The apartment was just as described and easy to find. The spacious outside terrace was a real bonus.Everything was walking distance - bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. The complex has lovely gardens and 3 pools, so choice if lots of people are staying. We had a lovely stay and will be back.
We stayed here this week, and even though the weather wasnât the best, the apartment was superb.
Excellent facilities, Grace provided a great welcome pack and everything was wonderful!
I canât recommend highly enough.
Great experience from start to finish. Good, clean and convenient apartment for a lovely week away. All the conveniences needed were included.
Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as others a bus or taxi ride away.
This 4th floor apartment is well located in a modern complex. It has a large sun terrace which gives outside space. There's a store room with deck chairs & 2 bikes. The TV has English channels & the WiFi is fast fibre.
Weâve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish tempertuređ Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.
Me, my wife and two friends stayed for a week at Anne's lovely two bed/ two bath apartment in Punta Prima. It's very spacious balcony and wide range of English tv channels a real bonus. The gated complex is extremely well kept, has three pools and It's in a great location near the beach with very good restaurants near by. Local taxis are plentiful and cheap, the drivers friendly and helpful. There are good modern shopping centres and Torrevieja is a pleasant place to visit (don't miss it's Friday market).
Just returned from this lovely apartment, fabulous large terrace with three sun beds and table and chairs, sun on terrace all day. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, the only small thing is that there isnât a lot of drawer storage space in the smaller bedroom. Excellent communication with the host and Dan and Grace were there to meet us at check in and give some useful info on the area. A big bonus was the two bikes that we were able to use to get out and about and a very handy shopping trolley for the trips to the supermarket! Lovely family restaurant one street away to the front of the apartment which did great tapas and some lovely restaurants along the strip. Very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return.
Had an amazing holiday, the apartment was very clean, excellently stocked, the ladies who look after the site were great, very helpful. The equipment in the storage area for the beach and pool was fantastic, we left some snorkeling stuff there as we couldn't take it home. The beach was a few minutes walk, very nice and clean, a bit rocky so beach shoes are a must. Lovely restaurants 5 min away.
The grounds of the apartment were amazing and the 3 pools were great, the kids loved them.
The only thing missing in the apartment was a 2nd shelf in the oven, as one night we cooked and it was challenging.
We loved it, cannot recommend it enough, had a fantastic time, thank you.
Brilliant large terrace not overlooked, even in October got sun all afternoon till about 6 30pm. Apartment had a well equipped kitchen and the welcome pack of milk, water, bread, butter and few other bits was really appreciated. 3 lovely pools, very quiet with well kept gardens. Quieter location than we would normally pick but enjoyed the restaurants and live music at night only 10 min walk away on the small strip. A big Consum supermarket also 10mins away. La Zenia boulevard was 40min walk or taxi which was cheap enough. Torrevieja was bit further than we thought, walked there along rocky coastal path but got a taxi back. All in all we had a great holiday relaxing on the terrace and some great nights out. Would definitely stay again
Lovely apartment with everything you need in a good location
We had a lovely stay at this first class apartment with an excellent roof terrace. Loungers for beach and pool were provided and were a great help .With three pools on this highly secure gated complex with clean pretty gardens this is a great place for families and couples alike. Never too busy even in the middle of August .Anne provided a great welcome pack to start our holiday and there are even bikes to use if you are feeling energetic. Great choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We especially liked Nautilus and Punta Prima restaurants right on the sea front with spectacular views and great food. Only downside was the crowded beaches , but to be expected in the height of summer as many Spanish families holiday here in the peak season. Shame also that the area is still continuing to build tall apartment complexes near the sea spoiling the views of lower rise properties . However still a great holiday venue with everything on the doorstep. Thank you Anne.
We travelled with two 15 year old boys. Apartment spacious enough for us all. Great having 2 bathrooms. Lovely large terrace with sun loungers, parasoll and table and chairs. Had a few minor issues but property manager Margaret very helpful.
Apartment grounds lovely, well kept gardens. There are three pools, but unfortunately the boys were told they couldnât use the largest pool as it was only for people swimming lanes, which is a real shame in the height of summer.
Punta Prima area clean â there are two Spanish cafe/ restaurants a few minutes walk away, and an English run bar/restaurant across the road. The majority of bars and restaurants are 10 minutes walk away, situated by the main dual carriageway, which isnât ideal. Our favourite restaurant by far was the Nautilus, a 10 minute walk , situated right on the sea front â great food and service with a lovely terrace feet from the lapping waves.
The local beach is small and sandy but there are lots of rocks to walk over when you get in the sea. Saying that, it was lovely and warm and the waves exhilarating! Not really suitable for younger children.
A 15 minute taxi ride away from Aquopolis Torrevieja water park, and a 5 minute taxi ride to the go-karting.
Our last few hoidays have been hotel based so we didn't really know what to expect and where very pleasantly surprised. The apartment itself is very bright, airy and modern, very well furnished and equipped for all our needs throughout our stay (even down to cling film!!). Everything was very clean and the sun terrace was fabulous - we spent a lot of time out there sunbathing and chilling out. The grounds were lovely and the pools did not disappoint. We enjoed the surrounding area - plenty of bars/restaurants which cater for all tastes. There was excellent information booklets etc to help navigate the area. We had pre-booked a taxi from the airport using Clydegrove and they were waiting for our arrival and were also early to pick us up on our departure -taking care of all the luggage (very helpful). The key holder Suzy was vey informative and helpful. Overall we had a great holiday and will definitely be returning here. We didn't miss the hotel style holiday one bit and enjoyed the freedom a sel catering holiday gives. Thanks Anne & Robb for a lovely holiday.
We had a positive experience staying in Punta prima. The owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.
The drive from Alicante Elche airport is straight forward along highway 332.
Upon reaching our destination we were greeted by Karen (unit manager) who gave us the keys and showed us around the unit.
The small welcome groceries is appreciated since the grocery stores around the area are not open on Sundays.
The location is central to many places. Although, we rented a car you could still walk to restaurants, grocery stores etc.. The Mediterranean is an approx. 5 min walk from the unit. It has a nice pathway to walk along once you are there. We felt safe out and about.
The unit has everything you need. The balcony is very generous in size, but not in full sun during Feb.
We found the bed to be very comfortable (firm.) The grounds and pools are well kept and the common area and elevators are cleaned daily.
Overall, we would recommend staying here. We would like to stay here again if back in Spain.
Very spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Lovely welcome on arrival by the local agents (Dan and Grace). Apartment had excellent air conditioning throughout, which was greatly appreciated as the weather was very hot most days (35 celsius or higher during the day). The apartment had a fantastic terrace with a nice view, and plenty of space for sunbathing, eating outside and drying clothes (all at the same time!). The grounds of the apartment complex were beautifully kept and the 3 swimming pools are fantastic. Even in August they were not too busy. There is not much to do in Punta Prima and I suggest a car is required (or taxis) to explore further afield. Buses can be used but they are irregular and take a long time to get anywhere useful by the time they've wound their way around all the back streets. There are loads of good supermarkets but all too far to walk unless you are just getting a few things. There are some lovely beaches a few kilometres away. Playa Punta Prima is not a bad beach within walking distance, but it is quite rocky in places so you need to pick your swimming spot carefully. That being said, there are a few good cafes and restaurants in Punta Prima, not least the two in the nearby Calle Bajamar (one of which can be seen opposite the apartment from the terrace). There are a couple of restaurants within short walking distance with lovely settings - Nautilus is right by the sea (and also has a lovely bar) and Restaurante Punta Prima has a lovely sea view. In both restaurants the food is good (but not exceptional) and the staff generally more friendly than not.
We loved our recent stay in Anneâs property which was a bit of a find seeing as we previously had no knowledge of the area! The apartment itself was spacious, clean and really well equipped including a hoover which came in really handy, the main bed was big and much comfier than normally we find on our holidays!
The best part however is the huge terrace which gives practically a panoramic view - the apartment is situated on the 4th floor and on a corner so has views of the sea, Torrevieja and the local town. It had a table and 4 chairs which we had lunch on most days, 4 sun loungers, more chairs and still enough room to move around - it also had the sun from 9am until it set late on an evening.
The underground storage room was packed full of things to take to the beach - inflatables, buckets, chairs & also had a couple of bikes which unfortunately we werenât able to make use of having 2 children with us!
We loved the fact that although we were there in the height of summer - it never seemed too busy around the pool areas and having 3 pools to choose from the children were able to move around freely to them all.
Punta Prima itself is quite small but a 10 minute walk away brings you to a large supermarket/shops and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, we ate out every night at different places (Indian, Seafood, Italian) and all were pretty reasonable and lovely food.
There are some snack bars across the road from the apartment which were fine and there are a couple of smaller supermarkets directly across the apartment block which stock most essentials and fresh bread all day.
The only downside we found was the beach nearby is very small and we did walk along the front one day (takes about 20 mins) to a nearby beach but we found the sea very rough and churned up so tended to stay around the pool instead.
Thank you Anne - I am sure we will return one day! Also a special thank you to Grace and Dan who met us at the apartment with the keys at 2.30am after our flight was delayed by 4 1/2 hours!
