The apartment, located on the first floor of a period building with no elevator, consists of a living/sleeping area that overlooks the lake. The kitchen features a counter with stools and is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a juicer, a toaster and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area is furnished with a queen-size bed, two armchairs and a TV. From here guests can access the bathroom with shower and the beautiful terrace with a dining table and sun loungers overlooking the marina and the lake, where they can relax and enjoy outdoor meals.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
