New and modern apartment located into the historic center of Bellagio, at the entrance a living room with door window and a little private balcony furnished with table and chairs overlooking the gardens of Villa Serbelloni. Panorama and relaxation but in the center!

At second floor of an elegant building. A spacious and modern kitchen, complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, cooking utensils, complete and functional furniture. A stylish sofa, television.
The kitchen / living room overlooks the small private balcony overlooking the garden, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast outside or for an aperitif ...

2 separate double rooms, each room equipped with windows that overlook the green gardens. A large double room with a large double bed 160x190. A little double room with a double bed 140x190.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an ideal location. Monica was on point with communication prior to and during the arrival process. She and Paolo were patient with us as we tried to find our way. I will definitely return.

Wonderful Accommodations and Hospitality

Myself and 2 friends stayed at this wonderful property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! Monica made sure we were met at the gate and well taken care of offering advice, tips, recommendations, and resources during our entire stay! The property was clean, safe, and close to everything! Would highly recommend this location for your stay in Bellagio

Amazing location and great apartment!

This wonderful apartment is literally steps from the piazza and the tower in Bellagio and has its own private balcony and a spacious living room/kitchen area. The option to rent the garage, also only steps from the apartment, is a fantastic addition if you are arriving by car. Be prepared to drive down an extremely narrow path through the town center, but well worth it. Monica was fantastic with communication and recommendations via WhatsApp. Highly recommend both this apartment and the town!

The apartment is just as it appears in the pictures and was spotless upon our arrival. Monica communicated with us very efficiently so we knew all the details. We found the location to be perfect. Easy to not have a car. Lovely town and apartment!

A great week: Very convenient location...near everything, but tucked away so it was private and wonderfully quiet. Apartment was immaculate, B da we’re comfortable, there were lots of towels, blankets, etc. Monica and her husband were terrific: responding immediately when contacted, offering lots of useful information, helping with luggage on our arrival, organizing rides for us from Milan and then on to Lake Maggiore. We recommend highly.
