Une villa exclusive de 150 m² entourée d'un grand jardin bien entretenu, située dans le paysage mondialement connu du lac de Côme, à seulement 600 m du centre ancien médiéval de Bellagio.

Intimité, détente et calme absolu à deux pas du quartier commerçant et de la jetée

L'appartement fait partie d'une villa mitoyenne, où chaque côté est totalement indépendant de l'autre. Il fait 150 m2 et est réparti sur deux niveaux et vous avez un accès direct au rez-de-chaussée depuis le jardin. Ici, le mobilier design exclusif se fond dans un décor de maison typiquement local.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend:
-spacieux espace ouvert avec salon meublé (canapé et fauteuils), SAT TV & SKY; table et chaises pour 6 personnes;
-cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, poêle, ustensiles de cuisine; micro-ondes et fours à gaz, réfrigérateur et congélateur, cuisinières et lave-vaisselle.
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend également:
- une chambre double avec un lit double queen-size et une armoire
- une grande salle de bains entièrement équipée avec douche et baignoire

Le premier étage comprend:
- une chambre double spacieuse avec armoire

Immaculate and Convenient

Our accommodations at Villa dei Fiori in Bellagio could not have been better. Our hosts Lucca & Mary communicated with us regularly and were there for anything we needed. We were a party of 5 adults and had all the space we needed. I have never stayed at a place so pristine, clean and well kept. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens crisp and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with a startup supply of milk, coffee, bottled water toast, jams and paper products for the kitchen and baths.The views from the patio and balcony of the lake were outstanding! Villa dei Fiori is about a 10-15 walk to the center of town. Thank you Lucca & Mary for making our time in Bellagio memorable. (One word of caution for those with mobility issues: The entrance is what we call in the USA a split entry with about 7 stairs down to the living area and 1 bedroom & bath and about 7 stairs up to the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. One of the upstairs bedroom is huge but no door for privacy. That was not a problem for us, though.)

Bellagio Stay

Very clean and up to date. Luca, our host, took care of every need and provided any information we requested in a timely manner. He is at the top of his game when it comes to taking care of you. He even provided us a drive into town for my aged mother due to no taxis being available and allowed us to store luggage prior to leaving town. I highly recommend this property for location, view and assistance. Top Class!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this property is. Perfect location, gorgeous grounds and really beautiful, modern,very comfortable space. Easy walk into the center of Bellagio, but just far enough from all the crowds. Luca was a perfect host and we loved absolutely everything about our stay. Can’t wait to return!!!

Beautiful Villa in an Amazing Location

We stayed here with friends in May and had a wonderful time. Luca and Mary were excellent hosts and very responsive to any needs we had. The location on Bellagio is excellent and within walking distance to two different markets and the town center.

Amazing place in Bellegio!

This property is amazing! Much larger and better in person than the pics. Beautiful views of Lake Como, modern style with comfortable features. Really well done and you have everything you need for a beautiful, relaxing stay in Bellagio. Quiet, peaceful and just lovely. Luca and Mary were super responsive and amazing hosts!

The Best

We loved everything about our stay at the beautful Villa dei Fiori! We have stayed in many VRBO's and in many hotels in Italy...this was by far the best. The location and the Villa were simply perfect and elegant and Luca was the most gracious host who has thought of everything. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Amazing accommodations

Beautiful property overlooking Lake Como. very responsive host ! Personal check in with Luca with an introduction to the surrounding area. The Villa had everything we needed plus fruit, water, breakfast supplies, laundry detergent etc. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms updated. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the lake. There is 8 to 10 minute walk to the City Center of Bellagio. We hope to return someday and stay again in this lovely villa. Thanks Luca for everything!

Perfection in Bellagio

Our family of five loved everything about our stay at Villa dei Fiori. From the greeting upon arrival by Luca (as well as fresh fruit and Prosecco!), to the helpful offer to drive our bags down to the ferry on the day of our departure, we all felt cared for during our stay. Bellagio is a magical, but crowded place. The villa provided us with the perfect balance to enjoy the magic and have a little separation from the crowds. It is located about a ten minute walk from town and looks over a most peaceful area of the water (you won't be watching the ferry boats from here!) It is quiet for Bellagio but close to everything. We liked being able to walk to a true grocery store (15 minutes) and a pizza/sandwich etc. store (5 minutes) without navigating the crowds. You are five minute walk from a small beach area to go swim, there is also a dock in this area that sailing and motor boat tours can leave from and our charter boat was happy to pick us up from this location. The Villa itself was very well appointed and had all that we needed. We had plenty of space for the five of us with two bedrooms with doors, a large upstairs living area that served as a third bedroom, two bathrooms, and a nice kitchen/dining/living room on the bottom floor. We also had access to a laundry machine which was appreciated. This villa is 1/2 of a beautiful home and there are tenants in the other 1/2. It was quiet as anything, ample outdoor space, beautiful place would go back if ever I am so lucky!

Amazing!

Luca was a fabulous host and provided a lot of detailed information and maps of the area and surrounding towns. Apartment was well stocked, very clean, comfortable beds and had beautiful view from back patio. Property was located about a half mile from middle of Bellagio ( easy walk but Not with luggage) . My only watch out is getting to apartment from ferry with luggage as there are lots of stone streets and hills. Recommend securing a car service or taxi prior to arrival. Overall, would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend

Bellagio Bellissimo

This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully decorated on the inside, spectacular mountain and lake views and outdoor seating areas, lovely gardens, gated parking. All within walking distance of Bellagio. The kitchen was well stocked, including espresso and toast with honey or jam and a fresh fruit bowl upon arrival. Our genial host Luca was there to greet us and show us everything, giving us wonderful tips and showing us where things were on the map. The only thing missing was a reading light by the bed. The beds and linens were five star quality. You can walk down the hill to a lovely fishing village on one side of the villa, or stroll to all the Bellagio shops, restaurants and ferry on the other side. It was a peaceful oasis.

Breath taking views!

My daughters and I enjoyed 6 nights in this wonderful villa. The views are spectacular from the patio and the balcony. Luca and Mary were kind and accommodating. Extremely clean, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the bottled water, fresh fruit and snacks. We would rent this villa again if we found ourselves back in Bellagio. Quick walk to town/shops. Just the perfect location!!

The perfect place to stay in Bellagio!

We spent 4 nights at Mary and Luca’s Villa dei Fiori apartment in May 2022 and enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment is one half of a duplex and is in a quiet and peaceful location but is an easy walk to Bellagio. We appreciated that the upper floor bedrooms were air conditioned as the weather was quite warm during our visit. The hosts had thoughtfully stocked the fully equipped kitchen with wonderful fresh fruit, pods for the Nespresso machine (including decaf for which I was so grateful!), bottled water, snacks, and even a bottle of sparkling wine. The villa is very nicely decorated and the bed we slept in was super comfortable. Mary and Luca were very responsive when we had questions both before and during our stay and gave us great advice to make the most of our visit to the area. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone planning to visit the area and we hope to stay there again in the future!
