The enclosed terrace is a great spot for a day spent by the pool, soaking up the rays in style as you enjoy a glass or two of homemade sangria on one of the padded sun loungers. Beautifully designed, this intriguing garden is bursting with patterns, rounded lawns and Mediterranean shrubs. The elegant 8x4m pool boasts roman steps and takes centre stage on the terracotta terrace. Comfortable rattan furniture sits under the covered terrace whilst a large brick-built BBQ sits around the corner. Ideal for cooking up a feast of fresh seafood and vegetable skewers. If you can prise yourself away from the beautiful outdoors, then head inside where we find most of the rooms on the ground floor, including a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a utility area. Downstairs we find the first two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one twin room, both sharing a family bathroom with a bathtub. The whole of the first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, complete with a super king-size bed and a private balcony terrace. Ideal for a nightcap, the balcony terrace boasts distant sea views. Lastly, an ensuite bathroom on the first floor completes the property.
