Luxury villa with views of Montana Roja

Villa Grace set on a gated community in the Faro park area of Playa Blanca. The area is quiet and mostly residential. The garden has beautiful views of Montaña Roja , perfect for relaxing.
We have a beautiful pool with steps and a hand rail , the pool is electrically heated from November to April and this is included in the price. The garden is very attractive with lots of plants and trees , we have a large patio area with 6 sun beds and comfy cushions. You’ll also find an hot tub perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Outside we have two shaded areas one has a rattan sofa set and the other a large table and chairs. We also have a weber gas bbq , ping pong table and 2 hammocks to maximise the fabulous climate. In the evenings the garden has colour changing lights and plenty of pretty fairy lights.
In our utility room you’ll find the washing machine and additional drinks fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to self cater , coffee machine, toaster, sandwich toaster, mixer , blender … we have it all.
The Lounge area opens onto the patio , comfortable sofas and a good size smart TV with all uk channels including sky and sports. We have a good collection of books and films for you to enjoy. Downstairs we have 2 bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and the other with 2 singles - both rooms have air conditioning.
The bedrooms are very comfortable with good mattresses , plenty of wardrobe hanging space and blackout curtains. We have a full bathroom downstairs. The upper floor is all master bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful room with high ceiling. Kingsize bed with a comfortable mattress and leather headboard. We have plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table , patio doors lead to the large balcony with lovely views of the sea and Montana Roja. Each bedroom has a hairdryer , air conditioning, electric fan and blackout curtains. The villa also has a security alarm and safe. The shops and restaurants at Faro park are a 5 minute walk from the villa , they are all excellent and we also have a good supermarket too. The bus stop is a few minutes away , it’s a reliable service running every 30 minutes. We have owned and rented the Villa for the last 9 years , we have many returning guests who love it as much a us. We have 5* rating on TripAdvisor and also we hold the Vv tourist license.
