Villa Gigi is a 9 bedroom Tuscany villa offering exceptional value for money with prices starting from under 45 euros per person per night. It is perfect for large groups of up to 20 guests. Tastefully presented throughout, it is the perfect villa in Tuscany to come home to after a day sightseeing.

The Space:
The interior of this 9 bedroom Tuscany villa has been simply but elegantly furnished. Original Tuscan arches and vaulted ceilings add character whilst the chosen colour tones on the walls create a really warm and welcoming ambience and furnishings have been chosen to maximise guests' comfort.

The villa has 9 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two are on the ground floor and enjoy direct access to the garden whilst the rest are on the first floor of the house. One of the bedrooms also has a private lounge area where two additional beds can be added if required. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Also on the ground floor of this 9 bedroom Tuscany villa are two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms and a WC.

The property enjoys incredible views from many of the rooms as well as from the heated infinity swimming pool (10 x 5 metres and 150 cm deep) and terraces. Two terraces are both furnished with large outdoor tables, perfect for al fresco dining and there is a large stone BBQ.

In addition, there are two private parking areas at this 9 bedroom Tuscany villa, providing ample space for a number of cars.

Please note that there are some additional fees. Gas is charged based on consumption at 6 euros per cubic metre and air conditioning at 0.80 euros per KW if guests wish to use it. Pool heating (also upon request) is also charged at 6 euros per cubic metre. Pool heating is not available if the heating is also switched on inside the house. Please note that the swimming pool is closed in April and October. On request and for an additional fee we may be able to open it for you. Please note that we need at least three weeks notice prior to your arrival date to switch on the pool heating. This is done on request and is an additional charge. Pets are welcome on request and are charged at an extra 50 euros per week.

The Neighborhood:
This 9 bedroom Tuscany villa sits in the heart of the Montescudaio DOC area, making it ideal for wine lovers. At the edge of the Terratico of Bibbona, t's only a 15 km drive from the town of Bolgheri which can boast world famous vineyards producing some incredible Super Tuscan wines such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Masseto.

It's also well placed for those looking for a very relaxed holiday, close to Tuscany's natural spas and just a few kilometres from the sea.

For those looking to enjoy some sightseeing during their stay at this 9 bedroom Tuscany villa, it's within easy reach of towns such as Volterra, Pisa, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and San Gimignano. The nearest town is Casale Marittima where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants.
