Villa Verbena is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Verbena you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Verbena is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a small private terrace, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Guardistallo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 7.5 km (roughly 4.7 miles), a grocery store at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Bibbona beach) at 23 km (roughly 14.3 miles). You will reach Villa Verbena from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Verbena you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Verbena is along a 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a route that includes approximately 18 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it from the garden going down a route that includes approximately nine stairway steps. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the Tuscan hills and of the swimming pool.
Patio 1
The first patio is 48 square meters (517 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills.
Patio 2
The second patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills.
Garden
The garden is 900 square meters (9700 square feet) large. It is equipped with chairs. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the swimming pool and of the hills.

You will be able to enter the second dining room from the first living room through a brickwork arched opening. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The room has a arched window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the second dining room through a brickwork arched opening. The ceiling of the first kitchen is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle.
