Summary:
A beautiful, simply but elegantly furnished, 10 bedroom Tuscany villa rental, the Sunflower House is the perfect Tuscany villa for larger groups of family and friends. Please note that, for even larger groups, the house is just a mile away from both Villa Gigi and Villa Bibbona.

The Space:
This 10 bedroom Tuscany villa rental was completely restored in 2010. Inside, it is split into two independent apartments, one sleeping up to 8 guests and the other up to 14 guests.

The smaller apartment in this 10 bedroom Tuscany villa rental has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Both of these rooms are equipped with beautiful four poster beds. Also on the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and dining area with fireplace.

The larger apartment also has two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor along with an open plan kitchen and dining area. The remaining four bedrooms are on the first floor of the property. From here, guests can enter a small tower which is furnished with 2 additional single beds and a bathroom.

In short, there are 10 bedrooms in total (two of which can be made up as either double or twin rooms), each boasting an ensuite bathroom as well as an additional sleeping area in the tower with two beds and final bathroom.

Outside there is a heated swimming pool (12 x 6 metres and 150 cm deep) at this 10 bedroom Tuscany villa rental. There are also two large outdoor tables, perfect for al fresco dining along with a built in BBQ area. Please note that the swimming pool is closed in April and October. On request and for an additional fee we may be able to open it for you. Please note that we need at least three weeks notice prior to your arrival date to switch on the pool heating. This is done on request and is an additional charge.

For those with young children staying at this 10 bedroom Tuscany villa rental, there is a small play area. There is also plenty of parking.

Please note that there are some additional fees. Gas is charged based on consumption at 6 euros per cubic metre and air conditioning at 0.80 euros per KW if guests wish to use it. Pool heating (also upon request) is also charged at 6 euros per cubic metre. Pool heating is not available if the heating is also switched on inside the house.

The Neighborhood:
This Tuscany villa sits in the heart of the Montescudaio DOC area, making it ideal for wine lovers. At the edge of the Terratico of Bibbona, t's only a 15 km drive from the town of Bolgheri which can boast world famous vineyards producing some incredible Super Tuscan wines such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Masseto. It's also well placed for those looking for a very relaxed holiday, close to Tuscany's natural spas and just a few kilometres from the sea. For those looking to enjoy some sightseeing during their stay, it's within easy reach of towns such as Volterra, Pisa, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and San Gimignano. The nearest town is Casale Marittima where you will find a selection of shops and restaurants.
