This stunning flat provides a calm and comfortable oasis near to the town's West Port. 23 Argyle Street is a ground floor south facing flat sleeping 2 people, in its sumptuous bedroom with king size bed (UK King is 5ft wide). This flat has the original front door to the whole building and is all on one level with high ceilings. It has 1 large bedroom at the back and a sunny south facing sitting room/dining area with bay window street side. The beautiful round dining table can seat up to 4 and we have one large sofa in the bay window and another medium size sofa alongside. The TV is 43 inch. The flat also has free wifi/broadband. The bathroom contains a large walk in shower with low profile tray, and underfloor heating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Andrews. We were in town visiting our daughter who is attending the University of St. Andrews and found the location perfect for our needs. Close to everything - shops, restaurants, University, sites, and bus station to explore beyond the town limits. We would absolutely look to stay here again should our travels bring us back to St. Andrews.
Great place to stay for 2 if looking to golf/shop. Everything is in walking distance. Bus depot a block away. Depending on time of year, noise from above can be heard but we figured we were in the midst of student housing and that can be expected. It would not deter us from staying again

Lovely flat in st Andrews with everything that you need. Spacious rooms and heated bathroom floor! Kitchen was great and had everything we neededâŠincluding a washer and dryer. Absolutely lovely space!
A very comfortable one bdrm. flat with a small kitchen, spacious bedroom and living / dining area. Overnight parking very conveniently located. Walking distance to all the major attractions in St. Andrew's.
My husband and I came to St. Andrews for a golf trip. The location of this apartment was excellent and was in walking distance for pretty much anything we needed. Parking was a bit tricky but the host provided instructions on where we could park. The lot closest to the apartment requires you to pay with coins or through an app, but the app does not seem to recognize American phone numbers to get set up so we had to park in the parking lot that was free that was a bit farther of a walk to the apartment. The only other thing that wasnât the best was the bed was not super comfortable. However, it was a great experience overall and I would recommend.
A gem of a place to stay in St Andrews! Excellent location, great decor and very comfortable. The flat has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in early October and we loved it. After traveling around the UK for three weeks and only having a bedroom and washroom, this apartment seemed like a mansion. It was cozy, comfortable, had a lovely bed for sleeping, and a kitchen well equipped for cooking . The host was quick to respond to any of our queries and very patient with us as we figured out the heating system!

What a fabulous find in St Andrews! This is a lovely property in a great location - easy walk to town. Beautifully decorated, all the comforts, including heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Kitchen has everything you need if you don't want to walk to nearby restaurants. Parking is very nearby. Great communication from host
All the comforts of home! Lovely property just a minute from downtown area with lovely pubs, restaurants and shopping. Very walkable to all the sites in St. Andrews. Suki was a great communicator throughout our stay. Even got some laundry done thanks to having it on property. Parking was never a problem at the lots just down from the apartment. Quiet neighborhood and extremely comfortable bed.
We will certainly stay at this apartment again on our next trip!
The property was excellent. The attention to details made all the difference. The property has everything you need to feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the sitting room was welcoming and bright. We came to play golf and having the taxi next door made things easy. When we weren't golfing the location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, etc. Absolutely excellent stay!
Host was professional and responsive. Apartment was spotless clean and appeared just as photographed. Car park around the corner always had a spot available (you have to pay daily between 0900-1800.)

The property is housed in a lovely stone building very befitting the Auld Grey Toon. When entering the property we were struck by how grand and beautiful it was whilst maintaining a very cozy and homely feeling. The decor and amenities were of the highest order. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is a welcome touch in the winter. The flat is very close to the main streets of the town. We never used the car in the 3 days we were there, we walked everywhere. On a practical note the check in process was very easy with clear instructions received in advance. There is free on street parking if you are lucky but if not there is a very big public car park 50 yards away.We would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends.
