Gianicolo Apartment with Terrace

Newly renovated apartment with furnished terrace, a few steps from the gardens of Villa Doria Pamphilj, a 10-minute walk from the Trastevere area, full of bars and restaurants and from the beautiful viewpoint of the Gianicolo from where you can admire the panorama of Rome.

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bedroom that can be prepared as a double or with two single beds, another bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living room with sofa, table dining area with chairs, TV From the living room you can access to the 40 sqm terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella.

Our guests will have free use of air conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the living room, shared heating, unlimited wifi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, sheets, towels, iron and ironing board.

Using bus no. 75 you can easily reach many central areas such as the Colosseum, the Aventine Hill and Termini station. With the bus n.44 in a few stops you will arrive in Piazza Venezia and from there with a short walk you will reach Via del Corso and Piazza di Spagna.

The house can be reached from Fiumicino airport by taking the FL1 railway line to Trastevere station then the 871 bus, or the FL1 railway line to Trastevere station, then from there the FL3 railway line and the house will be 10 minutes walk.

Tourist tax of €6 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash upon arrival.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

For stays longer than 28 days, electricity and gas are paid according to consumption. Electricity will be paid at €0.50 Kw and gas at €1.40 m/cube.

Security deposit for utilities of €200

Upon request, it is possible to have a transfer service with driver (by car or minivan) that can take guests directly from the airport gate to in front of the apartment and vice versa.
