Decorated in a colourful, Mediterranean style, this lovely 58 m² 2 bedroom apartment with an alcove is ideal for families and groups of friends exploring the Cote D'Azur. Our space comfortably accommodates 5 guests but can sleep up to 7.

There are 2 BEDROOMS, each featuring 2 comfortable single beds. There is a cozy sleeping alcove (separated from the living area by a curtain) which contains another single bed. In the living area, there is an additional single sofa bed and another single pull-out bed (recommended for children).

The warm and inviting LIVING AREA features comfortable sofas and a TV. Enjoy your meal at the dining table with seating for 7, or on the furnished balcony or loggia. Guests receive 1 free sauna or steam room session per apartment per week!

Prepare a delicious meal in the fitted KITCHENETTE with oven, ceramic hob & dishwasher. Arrange for bakery service, for the fridge to be fully stocked with essentials, or for a greeting pack to be delivered upon arrival with a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers, and a selection of local specialties.

There is 1 full BATHROOM and a separate shower, both of which are clean and modern. For your convenience, the residence provides hair dryers, irons and ironing tables, and vacuum cleaners. Laundry facilities and underground parking are available on-site, as well as cot or high chair hire, and baby kits (please advise upon booking). Also note that, for an extra charge, guests can arrange to have beds made on arrival, towels and linen changed during the stay and an end-of-stay cleaning.

Ideally located in Saint-Maxime, Var, this residence is a mere 150m from the beach and 300m from the lively resort centre, which features a popular casino along with a variety of shops, restaurants, and other entertainment! Relax in the seasonal outdoor pool, or in the sauna and steam room for an extra charge (1 free session per apartment per week). The on-site fitness suite (18 years and over) is open during reception hours, and the billiard table and board games will keep the kids entertained. Make sure to check out the delicious pizza shop across the street from the residence, as well as the bakery and the big supermarket (Norma) nearby.
