Spacious modern apartment, close to the beach and all amenities. Balcony almost directly overlooking the communal pool. Front terrace patio area. Ample parking right outside. Lovely apartment

Just back from a weeks stay in this lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious, nice big balcony and very comfortable beds. Everything you need including a lovely shared pool which we went in most days. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment well equipped set in a quiet area yet close to bars and restaraunts, loved it.

Situated 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes to the Balcon .. perfect. The apartment is ground floor to access but to the rear has a private raised balcony overlooking the pool with full sun from early afternoon. We look forward to a return visit.

Excellent apartment close to town we love

Large apartment furnished to good standard meaning we were comfortable and didn't worry about children causing damage. Apartment is large with beautiful balcony overlooking pool. Bathrooms recently updated and multiple air conditioning units were a bonus. Keys easily picked up from nearby hotel and new supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. Very happy and would book again tomorrow

Excellent Apartment Convenient to Burriana Beach and Nerja Town

This is a modern, very clean, well maintained apartment, beautifully furnished and very well equipped with all modern amenities, including washing machine and dishwasher and terrestrial / satellite / internet TV. It is within a 10-minute walk to Burriana beach and a 20-minute walk to Nerja town. There is a spacious kitchen / living room area and 3 bedrooms - one large double en-suite with shower and two twin-bedded rooms- , an additional bathroom with shower over bath, and a very spacious terrace area overlooking a communal swimming pool.

Great Value for money. Clean, equipped and close to beach. Perfect.

Great apartment which slept 5 ladies nicely. In a great location about 7 mins walk from the beach and about 15 mins nice walk into nerja town. Apartment was clean and perfectly equippted. Bedding, towels pots and pans etc. Nice modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms two with single beds and one double. For what we paid I was so overwhelmed with how nice the apartment was. Owners are also great really efficient with reply to emails and questions. I will be back in Nerja and will stay here again 100%.

Excellent well situated property

We arrived late at night but this was no problem as they have a key pick up service at a nearby hotel. The appt was situated perfectly for us. We were a party of 5. Myself and my wife, my parents and father in law who are all in their mid 70's. People who know Birriana will know there is a pretty much unavoidable hill that the apartment sits half way up. They managed this no problem. It is situated in a very quiet part. Burriana beach is about an 8 minute walk and the centre of Nerja a further pleasant 15 minute walk. Mercadona is just a 5 minute walk up the hill as well. In short, you do not need a car. We arrived late to a very welcome pack of bread, marge, water and a bottle of wine. There was also tea bags, coffee, condiments and loads of other items. The appt is spacious with 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite with a walk in shower) it sits above a decent sized communal pool that was never too busy. There is a large balcony overlooking the pool that we spent most of our time on which got the sun from around mid-day right until sunset. The TV gets most of the UK mainstream tv programmes. Air con and ceiling fans are in every room but we found that we only used them for 10 minutes before going to bed - just long enough to cool the rooms down before switching off . We all slept very well throughout our 2 week stay. Derek and Mandy were great hosts responding quickly at all times. We'd have no hesitation in recommending or staying here again.

Jättebra läge, nära stranden och affären. Bra att poolen var öppen hela vistelsen. Bra information som skickades via email. För få glas och tallrikar till 6 personer. Lätt att låsa sig ute, speciellt för barn, vilket skedde flera gånger.

Geweldig verblijf

Locatie is heel goed. Dichtbij strand en centrum van Nerja. Appartement is ruim en schoon. Zwembad erbij is fijn. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep vlot en flexibel. Wij hadden hier een heerlijke vakantie en zouden zeker nog eens teruggaan.

Nerja apartment sleeps 6 - comfortable base.

Pleasant, clean and close to beach and shops. Comfortably sleeps 6. Kitchen/lounge, plus balcony provides an extra 'room'. We walked into the old town at night. Loved the tapas bars and people watching on the Balcon de Europa. Would recommend.

Great apartment and location

The apartment is well maintained and clean. A short walk down the hill to the beach (a bit of a harder walk back up the hill!) and about 15 minute walk into town. It was very busy the week we were there which meant the pool was very busy too. Overall it was a great apartment and a great holiday in beautiful Nerja

Sehr gute Lage, Nerja hat viel zu bieten

Haben die sonnigen Weihnachtsfeiertage genossen. Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Sehr gute Lage 10 min zu Fuß zum Burriana Strand, 15 min in die Altstadt, 10 min zum Mercadona Supermarkt. Für 5 Personen war die Wohnung platzmässig super. Netter Vermieter, schnelle Antworten. Nerja hat viel zu bieten: wandern, Kajak, Besichtigungen- es war ein toller Urlaub.

Wonderful apartment

We recently returned from our stay at this apartment, (the photos don't do it justice), it's a lovely apartment, well equipped with everything you need also a good sized balcony with great views. Any questions we had were answered promptly by Derek, (the owner) and also by their agent in Nerja (Phil). The apartment was clean and spacious, linen and towels were changed once a week. Burriana beach is 7mins walk (downhill which might be difficult walking back for anyone with mobility problems), the town is around 15mins walk (part of which is slightly uphill), this wasn't a problem for us as we enjoy walking and the scenery was worth it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would certainly stay there again if visiting Nerja, also it was very good value. Is close to a large supermarket and Nerja Club Hotel and Spa which has entertainment most nights and offer a good buffet dinner for 12 Euro pp.

Fantastic Well Equiped Apartment

Just returned form our stay in Nerja.. our visit made much more pleasant with staying at this fully equipped apartment just 5 minutes from Burianna beach. The gated private pool is very handy for a dip to cool off and the evenings sipping wine on the large balcony made it a memorable stay. Would defo recommend this apartment. To top it all off the communication from the owners was very clear and fast responses always! Thank you Derek & Mandy :-)

Excellent Apartment

Just back from a fabulous 10 day stay in this apartment (August 2011). The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen very well equipped for a family of 5. The pool area was also very clean. The apartment is located close to a supermarket and a restaurant, and its only 7 Euros in a taxi to the Balcon de Europa area with lots of shops, restaurant, bars etc. Nerja is a beautiful place but I would recommend hiring a car as all the hills can be very tiring on little legs!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Uns hat die Wohnung und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Während unseres Urlaubs im Juli war das Wetter sehr gut und Nachts war es auch nicht zu laut. Man konnte sich angenehm erholen und man kam gut aus ohne Auto. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit den Agenten vor Ort hat auch alles gut geklappt.

We first went to Nerja over twenty-five years ago and decided 'this is for us'. Although we now own three properties in the Burriana area (all on the VRBO site), we are not travel or rental agents, we run them privately as our long-term pension fund. We hope to retire out there someday, in the meantime we maintain and look after them as anyone would their own home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Although much expanded, Nerja is a traditional old town, with many narrow streets and the great focal point of the Balcon de Europa. It has very few 'high-rise' buildings compared to many towns along the coast. The location, just off the motorway, gives easy access to the coast, the mountains and the historic towns of Andalucia.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's convenient for Burriana Beach. It's spacious at over 100 sq.m. and it's on the ground-floor, making it suitable for those with mobility issues. We've changed the bathrooms, so one has a walk-in shower and the other a bath with a shower attachment. We have re-vamped the kitchen, so it has both a washing machine and dishwasher, not always the case in apartments.
