Located on one of the most charming streets/ neighbourhoods in West London, stay close to the buzz of Portobello Road, and the serenity of Holland Park. Close to so many incredible restaurants, pubs, parks, even Westfield Mall is only a 25 minute walk away. Good access to multiple transport options - Holland Park is on the Central Line, offering easy access into Central London. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 3 guests with a king bed and a large double (made of 2 x single beds)

Each bed and bath is on a separate floor providing space and privacy.

Bright, fresh, private 3/4 level house/apt. with completely private entrance from the street and private outside space. A stone's throw from Notting Hill / Portobello and Holland Park.

Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, but nothing you don't to make your home in London as comfortable as you would hope this is my home that I make available when I travel for long periods of time.

Great property and host in amazing Holland Park / Notting Hill location

Kate is a great host, and the property is in an amazing location with very easy access to buses, the Central, Circle and District tube lines and three tube stops. The Holland Park stop is the closest and is only about a 10-minute walk away. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

Notting Hill get away

Kate and the property were amazing. Perfect location, quieter than central London but close to the action of Portobello road in Notting hill and just a few blocks from the Holland Park tube station. Wonderful property really felt like a home away from home.

Great location, great flat

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to the subway, as well as nice pubs, pharmacy and grocery. The flat is well-furnished--you can tell it is someone's actual (part-time) home, so plenty of supplies. And Kate was very helpful all along the way. We would definitely stay here again.

Marvelous getaway in the heart of London

We loved everything about our stay. The flat was exactly as advertised and our host was so accommodating. The neighborhood was beautiful and truly a short walk to the tube, Tesco and coffee shops. We said so many times how nice it was to come back at the end of the day to a welcoming flat with room to spread out - not a hotel room.

Lovely Clean Light Flat

This apartment is well-lit, and comfortable. The main room is large enough for a few to hang out in. Linens on beds were nice. Having 2 keys was helpful (we left one in the lockbox). Well located, a quick walk from Portabello Road and also a great lap pool at Kensington Leisure Center. A good value but not fancy.

Adorable flat in Holland Park / Notting Hill

Very charming townhome apartment in Holland Park / Notting Hill. Tucked away on a small block with a few shops. Julies restaurant conveniently across the street for drinks or dinner. Flat has ample room for 2 or 3 people. Oozing with charm. 2 beds, 2 baths, including a deep bathtub for soaking after seeing the sites. The private terrace is a true bonus (if weather permits). Just blocks from the Holland Park tube (Central) line, with full access to central London. Host was an absolute delight. Very responsive and accommodating. Absolutely no problems with our stay, and we can't wait to return!

Large Flat in Excellent Location

The flat is located in a quiet part of Notting Hill a very short walking distance to Portobello and Westgrove. It is around the corner from an amazing playground and across the street from a great restaurant. Coffee, shopping and more restaurants are less than a 10 min walk. Overall it's the perfect location. The flat itself is large yet cozy. It has all of the amenities that you will need. It was very comfortable with easy-to-follow instructions and Kate was readily available with answers to any questions that I had. The main floor has a spacious living room, full bathroom and a fully-functioning kitchen with laundry. The top floor has two spacious bedrooms with a second toilet and shower. One room has a king bed and the second has a trundle. We did not use the terrace as it was too cold, but it looked lovely. We didn't have a problem with the stairs, but they may be an issue for anyone with impaired mobility. There are two flights and they are somewhat narrow and steep. Very common for Central London. That said, there are railings. I would absolutely stay here again.

I am a hotel manager in my professional life so I am very considerate of my guests - and I love to share my apartment and incredible neighbourhood with my guests - and it is the perfect London neighbourhood - equidistance from Holland Park and Notting Hill with incredible transport links - you will love staying here.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This is a property for 2 or 3 guests. The light and airy main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom next door has a single bed, and another single pocket bed. --which can be put side by side to make a double. But I generally don't accept reservations for 4 guests - the apartment is too small. Great wifi throughout.
