Summary:
Located in the heart of the 2nd district of Paris, you will have the chance to be a few steps away from famous monuments such as the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Gardens or the Palais Garnier. Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator in a typical Parisian building, the apartment of 882 square feet is composed of a living room,an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separated toilet.
Important: No elevator in the building - 42 stairs until the 2nd floor.
The Space:
The apartment has:
- Living room with a sofa bed
- A bar and table diner for 8 people
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 3 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 1 bathroom with a shower (without a toilet)
- 1 separate toilet
The apartment is comfortable for 6 persons and a maximum of 8 persons.

-Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people
The apartment is equipped with:
- A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only
- 1 TV in the living room
- High speed Wifi
- Washing and drying machine
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items
For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor without elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
The Neighborhood:
Between the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is located in the most central and vibrant districts of Paris. The neighborhood is very safe, the French National Bank is 200m away from the apartment.
In 1795, Napoleon arrived in Paris and settled down in a residence next to your building. The current name of the street is one of Napoleon’s era's most epic battles. The neighborhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters away from your Parisian home.
Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Bus 20 / 30 :Poissonnière - Bonne Nouvelle (1 min by walk)
Subway 3 : Sentier (2 min by walk)
Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm to 00am => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate to you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors.
Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules:
- no smoking
- no parties
- no music
- no people other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video session
If only one of these rules is not respected:
- a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced.
- the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment.
In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 5000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior to your arrival.
Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
