With three bathrooms and a flexible study room with sofa bed, it comfortably accommodates up to five guests. Ideally located close to Regentâs Canal, Warwick Avenue station, and the vibrant shops and cafĂ©s of Maida Vale.

The apartment occupies two floors of a large Victorian house in this fashionable west London area close to the canals of Little Venice.
The neutral decor, high ceilings, and on-trend wooden flooring enhance the propertyâs light and spacious feel.
You enter into a wide hallway with a large mirror and intercom system. The elegant reception room at the front of the house features an L-shaped sofa, smart TV, period fireplace with over-mantel mirror, and a feature wall with panelled artwork that adds real wow factor.
At the rear, the superb kitchen-diner provides a designated dining area with seating for up to six people. Double doors open to a Juliet balcony, perfect for enjoying a summer breeze on warm evenings. The kitchen itself is fully equipped with modern appliances, a central island for food preparation, and an additional sofa for relaxing.
Upstairs, the top floor hosts two bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, ample storage, and a heated towel rail.
The second bedroom offers a double bed, plenty of cupboard and hanging space, and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the main floor, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, plus a study room furnished with a sofa bed, which can be made up on request â making this an ideal base for up to five guests.
