Just a short 15-minute walk from the famous La Gavitella Beach and a stone\'s throw from delightful food stores, excellent restaurants, and charming cafés, this cozy retreat is perfect for a relaxing escape.
Located on the second floor of a quaint building in the west-facing area of Praiano, the apartment boasts panoramic views of the sparkling Positano coastline. It\'s a tranquil spot to unwind, soak in the beauty of the Mediterranean, and enjoy the best of the Amalfi Coast.
About the Apartment:
La Mansarda is a thoughtfully designed space, featuring a comfortable double bed, a sofa that can accommodate an additional guest (ideal for an older childâadditional costs apply), and a smart TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated to ensure your comfort year-round.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the bathroom offers a wash basin, bidet, toilet, enclosed shower, and a hairdryer.
Step outside onto your private terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It\'s the perfect way to begin your day.

Everything you need is within easy reach! Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafĂ©s are just steps away. The beautiful Marina di Praia is just 1.5 km from the apartment, easily accessible by bus (the nearest bus stop, Praiano nr 6, is just a minuteâs walk). For those arriving by car, street parking is available about 5 minutes away.

We are in the village centre of Praiano, along via Capriglione, very close to the hotel Smeraldo and Tramonto D'Oro. Amazing restaurants, bars and food stores are at your toes
