Relais du Lac Loft is an apartment that was born where an apart-hotel previously existed.
It was born with the concept of satisfying the needs of guests and welcoming them on Lake Garda in a private, well-kept context with large and luxurious common areas.
This apartment is located on the second floor, with reserved parking and a swimming pool shared with other guests. The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and fully equipped. The spacious bathroom with shower. Equipped with every comfort and useful electronic devices for a stay.
The perfect oasis of common areas will be the backdrop for this holiday.

Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm. 
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 
In case of violation, an amount of €200 will be charged.
