The Neighborhood:
Location location location!
A fabulous and central location from which you can enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer.
The focal point for many big events in the area, and this house is right by it. So if youâre watching, taking part in, or helping set up any of the rallies, regattas, charity runs or other events on the Hoe, book this house quickly so you can all stay together and be literally a few minuteâs walk away!
Getting Around:
This superb house is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer by foot, and is moments walking from the Plymouth Hoe and city centre.
Because this property is so central, if youâre driving here, you will need to arrange for a parking permit that lets you park your vehicle on the streets in the area.
We have now secured a parking facility which is a couple of minutes walk from Sussex Place, which will allow you to park one car at a cost of ÂŁ8.00 per night/day. This is for the unitarian car park if you wanted to take a look on google maps.
Citadel Road, and is just a 5-minute walk (2 min drive) from the house. A permit will cost ÂŁ10 per day per vehicle and will need to be purchased at least 24 hours before you arrive. (these are required daily per vehicle). Please note that permits canât be guaranteed as supply is limited, so you are advised to book early.
Parking is possible in the streets and side streets near the house with pay and display.
Other Things to Note:
*Check-in is between 3pm-10pm.
*Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
*Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for childrens cots due to specific requirements to each individual, health and safety.
*Paws On The Floor at all times please* We love having your furry friends to stay but we also want to ensure our furniture remains in top quality condition, thank you for your understanding.
*Pets are considered at an additional fee of ÂŁ10 per pet per night, please get in touch in advance if you plan to bring your pet with you.
*The cleaning fee in the reservation breakdown includes 20% VAT.
